As a worried citizen of India, I want to know why is Parliament session so disgusting. When ruling party talks every opposition member screams like hell and later complains not allowed to speak. Is this the behavior of people's representative? Is there no control or guideline to stop such behavior? Is the Speaker helpless without any authority to take action?

Insulting using caste in public is different from asking caste with an intention for social justice by the govt.
