So sad I just heard the news I can't imagine how his family and friends are coping with the loss of Mike. We all know someone who is depressed or has been at some point, and what I'm learning from suicide is it usually comes as a surprise to the people close to them, the person is usually doing okay and hiding there suicidal thoughts really well, and that is so scary because we have all been in a situation where we could have been nicer to someone or we didn't bother to text a friend back because we didn't think it was important etc, many similar situations and I've definitely learned from Mike's death to always be kind and thoughtful towards others and to make the effort to respond to people who we know and who are messaging us because it could be absolutely nothing but on the other hand it also could also be a desperate person who is really struggling and that response or effort of some sort could make all the difference. If you are depressed or considering suicide please get help. I've been there myself and years later I have a good life and a family of my own. Suicide is never the solution I hope we can all learn from Mike's death so that eventually something positive will come from such a tragedy. Let's all try to be kinder nicer people and hopefully help someone else who is going through mental health issues because they are no joke. Rip Mike xxx
