Yo Jay, i've played the game and one thing I figured out is that the "butt eating cannibal" has a weird lil sound that sounds like among us when it has stopped chasing you, so normal you'd wanna wait till you hear that sound.
the sound played right when you died at 3:28
also extra note: The deer only stays morphed for 7 seconds after it changes
The moment Jay said Skinwalkers out loud I looked around me since I know you aren't supposed to say that out loud since it summons them to you

First 60 seconds now pumpkin panic jay is slowly becoming a speed runner and I’m here for it
I have a challenge in mind if you're willing to play this again, it's called "night owl"
You have to stay in your house all day until the shadow moster comes (thats when the game has started), then you can go outside and pick up sticks and weeds to sell, and you can get upgrades ect. But during the day you cannot plant or tend your garden, you can only do that at night, and when it's night time you can do anything

The first time Jay lost and died. his face was priceless. So emotional. Tells so much stories and pain. 😂😂

Jay! You should totally see how many days you can survive in this! Maybe like a 100 days or less or more challenge depending on how much pain you wanna go through lol!
I think getting to day 10-15 is reasonable enough considering that 2-3 days take up 20 minutes
100 in-game days should be around 11 hours real time 😅

Okay Jay Im back with some tips to cut your time to 15 mins or so:
1- ditch the middle garden AS SOON AS U UNLOCK THE QUEENS ONE
2- farm the Queens until you unlock the last garden aim to unlock the last garden while its still sunny out
3- what i saw was that it takes 5 seconds or so for the Queens to require water so fetch water and plant and fetch water and plant
Tip: upgrade your rate of water being added into ur storage thrice and the capacity twice - it should be enough. Upgrade your seed bag to carry 10 seeds at a time as well. Keep the priority as Rate of Water, Seeds, Water Capacity
4- Also for the Queens Garden: try your best to get a full garden planted as soon as possible that way you wont need to worry about back and forths as much
5- once you've unlocked the last garden, do the same grinding and stop focusing on the queens altogether. If you unlock this garden before the night begins you will earn enough to get 2 cog wheels. So trim your time as much as possible and lazer focus on the garden that gives u max.
Bonus: the speedrunner was collecting weeds and sticks and pebbles here and there if they showed up on their trail so dont waste time checking the paramaters at ALL. Once the last garden has been unlocked try to go to your house from the recycling place and you can recyle on your way (it saves a few seconds but it helps)
The speedrunner ended their time at 15:42 where they had all the cog wheels mid day of the second day, they baited the deer to be near the house so that they have ample time to put all the cogs in the boat and not get trapped by the skinwalker.
More bonus: the ass eating man can be avoided before the sound cue that they're gone but i am yet to figure out how much time. In the speedrunner i saw they avoided the monster while they were outside but that would save u a lot of waiting time

Hey or J, if you’re seeing this, I want to help with the shadow pumpkin thing because I notice while you were playing, you didn’t know why it was happening. I’ve been paying attention to the candles, and every time A candle goes out. It’s a warning. I think the certain limit until the pumpkin shadow thing comes out is two or three candles go out. Hope this is helpful, I hope your channel grows like the patience and effort you put into your videos:)

Edit: i think buying the top right just to bait the deer on the other side so you can run into the house might also be worth it just to reset it if it is blocking the planta
It annoys me how he has enough money for the 2 cog wheels and he proceeds to water the rest of the plants like he is gonna harvest them again, it could have been 20 mins but its still good. Great job!

You can also just not use the lantern on the first night to avoid a refuel since the deer isnt there you should know where the seeds are and well and if the ass eating monsters comme you know where to go you can still tap the lantern a lil if you dont know where you are.

Hey Jay the walker is actually the deer not the ass eating alien cannibal, walkers are from native American folklore and hearing you say the whole word genuinely makes my skin crawl lol my kokum used to tell my cousins and I stories about walkers and wendigos probably to keep us out of the forest but they still scare me 😂

jay if you're thinking with logic the railing speed is better at the begining if your plant is not many don't upgrade the capacity it only makes you waste time because the bucket capacity increase but you didn't need that much water at the beginning and it's only makes you take more time to fill the water all the way to the top
only upgrade the capacity when you have more seed to water and upgrade the well railing speed because it was more efficient at the begining
also I think maybe you could get more time cut off if you get the water railing speed first instead of the cogwheel and don't go to the ship to place the cogwheel do it when you have all four because it also wasting your time you can go water so much plant but instead you place 1 cogwheel and that's it and that waste so much time
There is a similar game that is like Pumpkin Panic, which is called, “Don’t Starve” I recommend the game very much! It also has lore in it too with many different characters! :^D

When I saw the thumb nail I was like : yep Jay's going to suffer.
About the skin walker when the first song ends after a few seconds you can hear the second song that is alerting you that it's going to appear.
And another tip, when the three candles in the cabin runs down one by one at the last one the shadow will appear from under the bed and it will take a little to go back, so you can't enter in the cabin, but you will don't need this information if you speed run through this but it's good to know.

Ideally, you should get all 4 cogs before putting them in the boat, as putting them in individually takes longer.

The only option I can think of, is when you go out at night to get water. While you’re filling up, turn the lamp off. It may not make much of a difference but at least you can tell if you’re full on water, and possibly- Possibly give you a few extra seconds to get back inside the house.
