Which days would you recommend doing neck training on the 4 day split?
After workout B because shrugs from workout A partly work the neck extensors already.
Is the squat a normal squat or done with a barbell?

Im skinny fat but I have a bit of a belly and a bit of gyno. Can I do this workout.? Or should I lose more fat and then start doing it
Will doing this workout and caloric surplus get rid of the belly? And what should I eat
You can definitely do this workout. Whether you bulk or cut is up to you but I would recommend a lean bulk to help build muscle. You won't have abs for a while but once you've built a solid amount of muscle you can cut and reveal a much better physique

He has pretty exceptional strength but you can get stronger and bigger using lower reps like sets of 6-8 reps.

dang no calisthenics workout for this 😪
You can replace most of these exercises with calisthenics versions:
Squat -> jump squat
Bench press -> dip or push up
Barbell row -> inverted row
Triceps pushdown -> bodyweight triceps extension or close grip push up or bench dip
Barbell curl -> chin up or ring curl
Shrug -> hard to replace with calisthenics. Use heavy milk bottles or sandbags to shrug
Hollow body hold -> already a calisthenics movement
Romanian deadlift -> nordic curls ideally. Lunges and split squats are good for hamstrings too
Overhead press -> pike push up or handstand push up (advanced)
Pull up -> already calisthenics
Close grip bench press -> close grip push up
Reverse grip curl -> pull up or ring curl
Lateral raise/reverse fly -> hard to hit these with calisthenics, try finding any light object that you can lateral raise and bent-over lateral raise
Knee raise -> already calisthenics
The number of reps will be higher for most of these because the weights are lighter. Just go close to failure or all the way to failure and you'll ensure a good hypertrophy stimulus
