I would focus on my breathing and then tell my desire to God. like I want to see a green car today or pink butterfly or have free coffee. I was meditating yesterday and I felt a strong inward pull in my right eye which expanded to my left eye and spread on to my entire head and my eye balls involuntary pulled upwards very strongly.. that lasted for a few seconds and then subsided then again it repeated 4 times after that after short intervals. The whole time I saw very dark and fluid images like floating deep blue paint and some tingling sensation in the middle of my two eyes. What is it? What should I do if that happens again. There was no pain but it was like contractions.
