No. It needs a resonant surface, preferably wooden. The skin covering your skull will prevent it from resonating properly.

No, because object you stick it on needs to be empty because vabration in walls of object works the best, when i didn't know ANYTHING about this speaker, i thougt it will be a rock concrete by little bluetooth speaker. But thats not a bad question to ask someone who doesn't know how it works.
Remember when they did this many years ago...toothbrushes produced these waves that you could only fully hear when you brushed your teeth.
I have a true ultrasound toothbrush and you can’t hear the damn thing till it touches teeth. But also they had some for kids back in the day that played pop tunes that lasted as long as the recommended brushing time so kids could internally log that to help with healthy brushing habits.

The static means you put it in FM Radio mode. Tap the power button to put it back into Bluetooth mode
