If they repeat ping you with the same bad trip, go off-line for a few minutes. What pisses me off is they have me on a run with a destination 20 minutes away, and ping me with a job BEHIND me... Like I'm going to drive 20+ minutes back for whatever crap they pinged me with.
I have completed over 12,000 rides and have maintained a 4.97 percent star rating. I provide a safe and comfortable experience for my riders. I took pride in my Platinum status and now I don't give a damn if I lose it. I noticed my acceptance rate increases slowly and my falls after just two or three unaccepted rides.
And now Uber has introduced Airport Rideshare in my City! [and if you accept those,] they expect you to go pick up you riders at different terminals? (domestic/international and different pick-up points within) You know how hard it is sometimes just to get out of there! after picking up your ride, much less go in circles only to comeback to a different one to do a second pick up for a totally different destination just so one can get a few extra bucks.( I was out of my freaking Mind!) it happened to me. your time/waiting for other cars to move forwards driving around like an Idiot! NEVER AGAIN! do Not ever accept that Zhit! EVER!!!!! all I got after dropping the second fare quite a distance away from the first one, was lousy $ 6. bucks! 🤬🤬🤬
It's so crazy Chris the way you said they keep sending the same trip over and over again I no matter how you hit the client they keep sending it I need time to keep taking off a couple of cents off it thinking you're going to accept it the more it get less😅
If Uber quotes me a ride for 30 min but it will take 45 min to get there, I’ll just pull over at the 30 min mark and end their ride early. I don’t work for free and don’t tolerate time shaving.
It drives me nuts when uber sends repetitive garbage i have to decline over and over. After sending it twice as a 2 hour trip, they sent it again showing it as a 1 hour 53 minute ride, then as a 1 hour 52 minute ride, then as a 1 hour 51 minute ride. GTFOH
Screw them. I told a guy today that he couldn't dring food or drink in my car and he gave lip. I pilled over and got out of the car and he turned into the nicest guy... tasty one star.

Exclusive trips are lower. I get far more requests, accept them and then dont get matched. I get fewer trips. Busiest night in my town last night I got 4 requests, accepted 3, completed 2...in 3.5 hours made less than $10. Tips were more
Idc about ar/Cr going to 100. How about changing the star ratings own from 500!!! Takes forever to recover from low ratings, especially if the low rating wasn't warranted.
I'm a five star Uber but I can't do Lyft checker r says I need to get ahold of Lyft to look at my background butt lift won't give me a real person put to verify my background
So they are trying to improve this rating.. but seems they will NEVER fix their broken star rating system where riders get to abuse their drivers for any reason at all or for no reason at all. I have been waiting and waiting for them to fix this horrible system! I also go offline after declining any trip.. or if a rider cancels, so I dont get them again!
Shiloh..thanks for your persistence. That money was going to pay my life insurance premium which will lapse if not paid by tomorrow. I will then be uninsured and should sue scruber for becoming uncovered
Uber is Terrible For a minipally near drivers for instance When you set your destination and they give you right not going to that destination May I do not expect it Account against the exception rate.And if you do happen to cancel it , although it's not going to into your direction , it also count against the exception rate , something need to be done against that

As independent contractor I don’t give a F about uber acceptance rate coz any trip get me profit I will accept and if there is no profit I decline.

The cancelation rate for 20 percent won’t go into effect until December 5th
Also by your poor low acceptance rate your missing out on decent reservations and better rides

I did not. I made dogshit money the last two weeks also so it should have been a good one, however nothing was deposited.
I finally got through to customer service and got some BS excuse of an outage and it could take up to 72 hours for your prop 22 deposit. Pure theft.
