I'm 52, I have arthritis, I have other health issues, I'm on my own, BUT, I want to live somewhere, where there are other people, who will look out for me, check on my home when I go home to Scotland to see my mum. In return, I'll walk their dogs, take care of things for them. I love how Randy and Amanda know their residents, by name. Ace knows where his dog bowl is. I'd like a response to this comment.... I bet that Randy has never been in so many beds in his LIFE!!?? I've seen him lie on everyone's bed, in every home he visits. WHEN I move there, don't you dare lie on my bed with your boots on Randy!! Lol

Maybe they don't spend all their time watching TV and are more the reading book types? I like that this seems to have like a double kitchen, with countertops on BOTH sides instead of just the teeny tiny kitchen on one wall with OPEN shelves. I like cabinets much better. Most these have dinky kitchens that aren't usable for people who like to cook or bake.

You brought up a good point about not living alone when you get older. I've been looking at property to put an off-grid home on. Hard to decide which is best, living close to people or having the privacy from being in the middle of 15 acres.
I've been contemplating that same line of thinking for awhile now. I hope they develop more properties like the mountain that offers a home plot, plus some privacy, while still being within a community. I think I'll be leaning more towards that by the time I get around to being able to afford it all.

There seems to be a good distance between the plots and they are set back as well. The forest and beach are the ones where there is a closer proximity to your neighbor. I'm not sure about the prairie lay out.

Beautiful home. They just need a coat closet for mop, vacuum, broom, duster, laundry detergent, bleach, fabric softener. Laundry balls and extras do dod's. Extend closet upstairs all the way to the banister half walll.. Hang Television from the ceiling. Randy I enjoyed listening to you sing.

Love this house. Will & Becky did a very nice job with the decking and porch. They filled in the deck on the back, I don't remember the screens, and do remember that you had some steps to the lower deck. Those screens are really neat, a great idea for the porch on 12 X 20 Incred-I-Box house that Randy said they will put on those new homes in the Grove. I can't help but think of "Little House on the Prairie", where the Ingalls live in a little house in "Walnut Grove". I love how Randy and the girls were dancing and singing at the beginning, and he introduced his friend from his childhood, who is retiring. Maybe he may want a 12 X 20 house with a porch in the Grove. I wouldn't mind an August model with a deck and porch and raise the roof so you can stand in the loft, I would extend the deck to wrap around the front over the hitch. They may have moved the little fridge from the lower deck to the upper deck. What a view from their lot.

I am also wanting to purchase a tiny home and live in a community such as yours. I am widowed and, like you mentioned, do not want to be alone on a big piece of land. I seriously am considering moving to your area. I would want the second floor as Becky has, as I am a taller lady. Who knows, maybe one day soon you will be building a tiny home just for me!
