I remember arriving in New York for a school trip, and when our bus entered the city, a girl took her speakers and put this song for everyone. Looking at the buildings, people and all the beautiful scenery with this song was something…
@ KitaKatt1988 so I had a very similar experience as this person: listening to this song while exploring NYC. While you gave an excited encouraging comment to them about this fascinating moment, you commented under the very similar comment that I made and accused me of “lusting after and envying other people’s belongings.” I’m not envying anything or anyone. Listening to this song while actually in its titular city is a pretty cool moment. I just found it odd that you went after me for no reason and yet someone else said something very similar and you didn’t mind with them.

So they can step out of bounds quick, the sidelines is

Caught up in the in-crowd, now you're in style
End of the winter gets cold, en vogue, with your skin out
City of sin, it's a pity on a whim
Good girls gone bad, the city's filled with them
Mommy took a bus trip, now she got her bust out
Everybody ride her, just like a bus route
"Hail Mary" to the city, you're a virgin
And Jesus can't save you, life starts when the church end
Came here for school, graduated to the high life
Ball players, rap stars, addicted to the limelight
MDMA got you feelin' like a champion (come on, come on, come on)
