I think I was one of the first ones that got them straight from Mpire performance, he had it on his x3m! I’m so happy and love so much they way they sound and perform!! Much needed upgrade from the crap stock filter box! Thanks Rktunes!

Spoke with Jordan on the phone last week and he was super helpful. The intake shipped with the 2 brackets, and I am going to have it installed tomorrow. Will try to circle back with post install impressions.

You should do a video like tuning a stock x3m vs how many gains you can get it with the intake.
I doubt you’ll get any performance out of the intake. As the video title suggests, this is about the sound. And it does sound awesome with the intake! If you expect more performance, install a down-pipe.

Why do you remove the hose clamps with a flathead and not a 6/7mm over the top of it? It takes away all risk of it getting worn/rounded

Jordan, please explain further on the cover install. I received the brackets today and don’t understand where the insulation tape and washers go.

I think the water is too heavy to be sucked in, but still having wet filters eh idk 🫠

Yeah thats my concern too...these filters are open to all the water being kicked up off of other vehicles. How do the filters not get soaked from that?
@@firstboost on my second set of filters now on an X4M competition. Once again, absolutely zero issues driving in Florida downpours in traffic on the freeway. They would have to be submerged be able to suck that much water up into the plenum. it non-issue.

This sounds awesome, but it will drive me crazy though after a long period of use on my daily. Great on a weekend car though.
Probably wouldn’t be noticeable on a daily unless you’re beating it lol

We already have. We just can’t add info to old videos. All customers / shops that ordered through our website have been sent updated parts. We tried to reach all people local too.
