I watched a video on one of those cooking channels. They went to see the cocoa bean plants, but couldn't bring them back to the states. Had to come back and buy local beans and make chocolate. Field to table the whole process. Pretty Interesting
My university makes it’s own chocolate from scratch. One of my favorite things to get from them is this dark chocolate that you melt in milk to make your own hot chocolate & its amazing!

Well chocolates are the best thing to eat sometimes only if you eat them but they use nuts sometimes when putting in the chocolate and I’m eating chocolate while watching this 😂

Gosh i miss those days when life was just about going to school, doing homework and then going to trips to such factories once in a while and that's it. Sorted.
With the amount of chocolate being produced all over the world, I'm surprised we're STILL actually able to harvest that much cacao beans at all. With the amount of destruction humans cause everyday, tomorrow might be the very last harvest of cacao.
The most important part in the chocolate production is done in the place it was grown, all the right way of groving, drying. etc. The factory does the easiest things.
