I went on a real estate website for this area. The cheapest house listed was close to $680,000 US, but most were $5 to 7 million US.
😲
Yeah, I'd rather go digital nomad with that money.
land in tokyo is expensive as fk
Do you guys know that in the 80s-90s, Tokyo’s housing market is bigger than the entire United States. Talk about craziness.
Haha you can buy a small castle for 800 000 dollars here in France xD
I just love how clean the streets in this video.. . Must be nice to live there.. clean and quiet. Looks peacefull
This residential area is where the manga Fruits Basket takes place (or inspired from ). Any Furaba fans here ? ^^
Is it? Wow, thank you for the information :)
Unfortunately, there is no epic hill with something like Shigeru's house in that area. But Fruits Basket kind mixes several places in the Tokyo area, one being Denenchōfu. For the epic hill with the bird's eye view on Tokyo, I would say that the far west side of the Tokyo area such asTakao would fit nicely^^.
You rang?
I just finished watching fruits basket s1 today
This is where all the MCs live
what are MCs?

I lived there in Denenchofu ,I was in
Tokyo for over 3 years. It is very clean as you can see and very safe,no one ever bothered me.There"s a little lake near there that has ducks and fish and peddle boats.I always walker near there Tokyo is a fun great city.I found the places I liked to Tokyo is a very stylish city .
In the end I found a channel that would make my dream come true without leaving home and seriously this is my dream trip to Japan
👍
Really humble people must live in this area.
Just loving the cleanliness and beauty
Beautiful houses. I love the different styles. It's a very nice and peaceful walk. I wish I were there, I love Japan.
wow these are best looking japanese houses i've ever seen
Rich people
currently I am a junior high school student, I have a dream to be able to get a full scholarship to Japan, Japan is a very beautiful country, a country that I dream of, hopefully one day I can make my dreams come true there.
👍
4k footage really do be hitting different tho
absolutely stunning fr my dude
What a beautiful neighborhood. Thank You for sharing.
👍
If you pay that much money, you could have a beautiful neighborhood basically anywhere, even in the most run-down countries.
I must visit this place one day!
I think ashiya rokurokusocho is more amazing.
All the houses🏘 r so beautiful... Nd the cars r amazing🤩.. I also wanna go Japan🇯🇵.. Now m so Crucious to go Japan 💖
👍
Ekthe chalage Japan
Wow that house in the thumbnail looks like futaba's house in Rascal Does Not dream of bunny girl senpai
Futaba is a rich girl so it's entirely possible
Thank you for sharing this beautiful relaxing place..
I like how there are many plants and trees around the houses
What a place, my god, that's such a privilege to live there. Congratz 👏🏽
Neighborhood looks so peaceful.
Its one of the higher end places in Tokyo. It really stands out though. Yokohama has some much nicer neighbourhoods in the hills to the south. And Nishinomiya has some really nice neighbourhoods too without the crazy price tags.
I think ashiya rokurokusocho is more amazing.
wah! you know the area already😃
then you turn back at the same place where you started😉
thank you for your awesome video👍❤
i just heard about earthquake in Fukushima last night hope you are fine buddy🙏🙏
Thank you for your concern.
There was an earthquake last night, but where I live it only shook a little and I was fine.
Thank you 🙏
@@JAPAN_4K glad to heard that🙏🙆

👍
Beauty at its best....
Such a lovely place....
This is like heaven
🙏
love this place. Thank you for sharing.
🙏
yes, the houses in denenchofu are comparably bigger than the average detached houses size in tokyo, but denenchofu is not the most expensive neighborhood. 300sqm house in denenchofu could be similarly priced with a
👍
those neighbourhoods are inside Yamanote, it is difficult to compare
Almost no surveillance cameras, no barber wired fence, no electrified fence, no armed security. Where I live those things are required, sadly even u can’t walk in peace with a smart phone at hand.
So this a version of Beverly Hills of Japan. Nice 👍🏼. Curious of what kind of people live there, & what kind of jobs they doing for living. Maybe one of Toyota’s shares holder lives there. 🤣
😄
The Toyodas, Toyota family 's founder live in Aichi, near Toyota City, actually.
its one of the Beverly Hills of Japan. Others are neat Shimokitazawa, Atami, Gotemba, Kobe and more...
actually most rich people like those prefer living on the out skirts of big cities as they are tired of the attention .
Cool thanks I love nice areas!!!!😎😎🏃🏼♂️🏃🏼♂️👍🏻👍🏻
🙏
So that's what a high class residential area in japan looks like it's do show it to
I don't really like exterior of those houses, but I bet interior there is exceptional!
Godddd, I miss Japan.
SAME.
It's so fricking beautiful
It would be nice to come a visit japan for a few weeks especially for my first vacation ever in my life. An I'm in my 40's.
I love Japan ❤️

its one of the Beverly Hills of Japan. Others are neat Shimokitazawa, Minato, Atami, Gotemba, Kobe and more...
Houses are huge, must be really really expensive
Well it range from $680,000 - 2 to 7 million US
This is the dream right here. So clean and quiet. I LOVE IT!!
I really like Japanese architecture
Cozy place, happy to walk with you 🤗💖 great video 👏🌺
Thank you!
Even the street is cleaner than my bedroom
Pretty cool
Denenchofu, synonymous with the super-rich.
I love you japan japan earth in Paredese japanis people very good people long live japan world's is nation no war no violence no vepon world all people brother hood ilove huminisam girish kumar iam frome india
I like this kind of adventure, good try 👍👍
Thank you!
Very interesting walk today .. thank you
👍
What's the average yen price here per home?
Reminds me a lot of landed houses in Singapore. The way the estate is designed too.
rich people are in here ~
I love 散步 video .
Have a nice day .
👍
Thanks from Germany
👍
I wish one day I could live there.
Me too!
@@JAPAN_4K dont you live there japan4k?
haha,I'll never live there.
@@JAPAN_4K it's so quiet and clean not to mention high-class residents, we all want to have a place like that.
so clean!
Beautiful , maybe this is expensive area place
I loved the video, but damn now I feel poor xDD
beautyfull, thanks man
🙏
Reminds me of Oscar winning movie Parasite.
I'd never imagine this is a high class area, if you compare to high class areas in America/Europe
But it means that the gap between poor an rich is not that big, i guess...
I want to go to Tokyo. 😎
i just curious, what makes this area one of the highest in tokyo?
big western style houses, close to the river, 15 mins to Shibuya by train
the house with the red-white flag is its ambassador of Indonesia official housing?
I'm sorry, I don't know.
Do you know what the average Y$/sq-meter is in this neighbourhood?
I'm sorry, I don't know.
I am living here, lovely area :)
How.much cost a house there
i'd be happy to be able to buy a simple yet cozy house in denenchōfu. i personally like akiya architecture but this is okay.
Very nice video
Nah, they are just bigger. Per square meter wise, this area is not even close to the highest in Tokyo. The highest is Azabu or Daikanyama.
Yes, but during the 1923 great earthquake central Tokyo was pretty much leveled and Denenchofu untouched. Tokyo is overdue for another giant quake. uropy my hubby lives in the Fuji area, I am nervous about Mount Fuji erupting, we'd be pretty much obliterated in Fuji right? Tokyo might get covered with ash but not obliterated.
4:00 that house is so big, whose house is that?
I'm sorry, I don't know.
Some are like museums. Most of them don't even have windows. They are not interested in what's happening outside and they certainly don't want you too see what's inside.
I never been here. I want to visit this place one time.
Most of them have compund walls that itself makes them better than most of the real estates
I think ashiya rokurokusocho is more amazing.
Super! Thank You
A few of those houses are so huge, I wouldn't even know what to do with all that space... and I live in a rather huge house already. I'd much rather sacrifice some space for a nice garden, which pretty much none of those lots seem to have.
Thanks for the video and for the tour
It's a very relaxing tour
Really a quiet place
Sorry, I was busy, but I watched some previous videos but couldn't leave a comment
Happy to find your channel I love your way of photography Very quiet Always suggest your channel to anyone I know
in a minute 10:50 I am curious about what is written on the street floor Is the word stop ?
By the way, Happy Valentine's Day 14 feb
Is there a special place to photograph on Valentine's Day?
If you comment at your own pace or watch videos you like, that's fine with me👍
At 10:50 you are right, the word "stop" is written on the ground.
It's Valentine's Day, and I'll be posting a slightly shorter video about Valentine's chocolate later today.
@@JAPAN_4K
I heard about the earthquake yesterday a little late
Is everything okay? Are you okay?
I hope Japan is safe and the Japanese people are safe
I pray for Japan
Take care of yourself
Thanks you
Thank you for your concern.
The place where I live was only shaken a little, so I was fine.
Buildings in Japan are designed to withstand earthquakes, so there wasn't that much damage. There were no deaths.
Thank you.
This place is in Fruits Basket season 1!!!!!!!!
Ganda ng lugar
I Love this channel
I miss JP
Thank you!
Nice walk. Neighborhoods are really nice. Houses have a nice Asian architecture. Higher income area I suppose? :))
Yes, this area is only inhabited by people with high income and assets.
@@JAPAN_4K I guess correct. :)
I would like to.live there is so clean
Even the station building is really posh.
Obocchama -kun lives here
The high end village of Tokyo is no match for the high end houses of the wealthy in an unequal country like the Phils. True palaces side by side with shanty towns
This is what my parents usually like to do
just gorgeous :)
13:52 The house looks like it was designed with a potential Zombie Apocalypse in mind...
So all the high schoolers we see in anime are actually pretty rich?
Not even close
There are many school anime that portray all social classes
hey that's my house over there!
yeah, i hope so
