You are correct. She promoted the Kenzzi in 2020 and 2022. Perhaps the Kenzzi isn’t that good and so she switched to the Ulike. 🤷🏻♀️ Penn Smith Skincare says that Ulike is her favorite home hair removal device, as well. I did laser hair removal and I hardly felt any pain. Supposedly they would increase the level each visit but it always felt the same. They were honestly surprised at how good I was during my appointments. It sucks to know others feel really bad pain but I didn’t and I don’t even have a high pain tolerance.
That’s funny because when I did laser hair removal at the Dermatologist it was painful! It’s strange how things affects all of us differently…
Same, I had in office hair removal years ago and it wasn’t painful, I made sure that I shaved well the night before so maybe that had something to do with it, but it definitely wasn’t painful..☺️
This reminds me of when people were sweating the “magic crystal hair remover” didn’t hurt. That shiiii lit my skin tf UP to the point I had to immediately drop what I was doing after using it and run to Walmart to get lidocaine gel and a stick of aloe. It felt like the worst razor burn and rug burn literally ever. Anyways I think some peoples skin just reacts to different things.

I have the Braun and it actually works! I only use it on my face. I did use it on my armpits and it actually changed my pH balance and it made my pits stink 🦨so I'm not doing that anymore 😮😅
I just have one question... Can you use it on bikini line and if you can how easy is it to do so because I'm a little bit of a thicker girl and I have had terrible trouble with shaving my bikini line and hoping if this is my sign to get one!?

I thought IPL stops/ significantly slows down hair growth, as long as you use it consistently. If you have been using IPL for years surely you wouldn’t notice if they improved the device? Like your stubborn hair is gone, so how do u know this is now better with dealing with stubborn hair?

I got a SILK N' PRO. I LOVE IT! Bin using IPL for about 4 months now. Almost no hairs left on my arms (only peach fuzz left) and i was THE MOST dark and hairy bitche!. Under arms also mostly gone. Still got to keep up on legs and thighs, but tummy and back side totally worth it. I know the S n' P need to change lamps (they say 750 pulse) but i feel i have used it well pass that and its still going. Had to buy recharge lamps off the website for about 54$ each. But with all the razors, the time, the nicks and cuts, i'm now saving, i dont mind. OH and your skin gets baby soft! That is a thing most videos dont talk about. I had used a SILK EPIL for YEARS.. And never gotten those resultes. The one here in Laura's video is intresting coz of the shape. If mine breaks at one point, i would consider buying this one.

I recently got the unit and although it is painless and does a double pulse when used in high mode and is fairly fast between flashes, what is disappointing about the unit is HSR mode. What it not mentioned on the Ulike website is that in HSR model the unit is unable to do auto flash and HSR mode can only be used for less than 10 minutes before the unit overheats and turns off. I got this unit for this feature to treat stubborn hair such as male back hair whereby it takes more than 10 minutes to treat a full back. For such a high-priced item, you would have thought that these issues would have been addressed before the unit was released on the market.
I have since seen other reviews stating the same issue, thus this unit clearly has a design fault.
