The Roast looks delicious as due all your Recipes But I’m retired now living alone in a small apartment, if I would make this it would feed me for two weeks or more Wishing You a happy Mother day 🎉. Any ideas on how to use the leftovers in different Recipes ???
Instead of a big roast get yourself a beef shank (or beef shin-same thing different name). Usually they are packaged individually and are a good portion for one!
