Can you believe this home sat on the market for 6 MONTHS before my team and I were called in to help?! This home was in a great neighborhood but deeply lacked curb appeal and modern interior updates.
With a little staging and renovation, we totally breathed new life into this house and sold it FAST! We use an appealing combination of warms and cools to make the space elegant yet warm. We love how the before and afters came out, and the new owners love their new space too!

Probably one of THEE best & creative transformations ive seen. Love how u made the home flow from one room to the next, yet there was seperation. Totally cohesive with yor color & texture choices. And a big kudos for not being neggative towards the homeowners and their house...i hate that when realtors & stagers look down their noses like that. U did it right!

Kerri, You did a fantastic job! I feel that when staging a home all one has to do is keep it simple. My friend and I staged my 1957 Conventional home and worked with what we had and our home sold within 1 week and my hubster and I made more money than we expected!! I love how you keep each room simple but beautiful. Your ideas made this home complete. ♥️❤️👏👏👏

Very well done! I am impressed. I have hated the use of gray in decorating until i saw this. Soft gray mixed with soft warm neutral really, really works. It is actually the first I ahve seen it.

Hi Kerri! Just found you on YT. LOVE what you did with this interior. I hate yellow oak too, so seeing you match the bathroom vanity to the grey washed mirror was a great tip. I've never used chalk paint, but will definitely be trying out this tip and many others you gave in this video. Thank you!

I have the same semi-nude painting that you used in the bathroom. I actually have 2 of them but in mirror/glass frames. I think it's been a fairly popular picture over the past several years.You did a really great job on the overall job. Especially considering budget & time restraints. Phenominal!

Unbelievable !! I really like your entry and Dining room area & the fantastic kitchen makeover. Those areas really needed it. Good idea to get rid of yellow oak! That color really is nasty and dated. When the owner can maybe re-landscape the front area close to the house it will be all new and fresh! Outside front trim you added was a good touch too !

Kerri just curious but what to do with pets when showing home to potential buyers? I have 5 birds, little guys, finches but they need warmth and I dont know where to tuck them when showing home? Love your staging tips too! Off to watch more videos

I LOVE your work, Kerri!!! Really great info and very helpful! I am preparing to stage my home to hopefully sell in the spring. Does the chalkpaint you use have a primer of some sort or are you prepping the surface somehow to prevent the paint from scraping off?
Hi Patty, thanks so much! Actually one of the best things about chalk paint is the fact that you do not have to prime the surface, just degrease and rinse it very well so there’s nothing to prevent the paint from sticking. The two brands that I find stick the best are Waverly and folk art. Hope that helps, thanks so much for watching!

You rock, missy. wish I could do these amazing quick fixes. essentially did ad hoc renovations and staging to heighten my two airbnb properties wihtin my budget. amazing what simple tweaks to coloring, hardware and art/plants can do to a place.

This looks nice! A couple of my suggestions are to use a Dover Gray or a Gray owl( Sherwin William's color) on all walls. Use solid color duvet and shams. Never big prints or damask prints. Those look way too 90s! Otherwise.. you did a great job!

I love this! All of our furniture is dark wood, you have my wanting to run through my house slapping chalk paint on everything 🤣🤣 I wish you could come to my house and tell me what to do with it. Not wanting to sale it, just wanting to live in it 🤣

Hi there, I have a question.
When you put up fixtures & mirrors in the bathroom above the sink. Do the homeowners buy them or do you take them down when they leave ? Seems like they would stay with the house?
