This looks silly but we have to start somewhere . Handball is one of the best team sports out there.

It's not silly at all.. I'm very happy to know that handball is growing each day and people get to know it better, other than a sport where you pass a ball and do nothing. Good job guys
It looks great, everyone starts from the entry level, no matter the age. If this keeps up, these people looking new and out of touch will have experience to bring in youth from 6-7 years age and teach from the basics. This is the right foundation and it's great to see it slowly develop in the US
Watching this as a handball player from Germany, I like the enthusiasm, keep it up and maybe in the future we might play against each other 😁👍

Actually not true, it was invented in Germany by a doctor in Berlin originally as a girls rehabilitation sport. Now it’s the second most popular (male) team sport in Europe.
@@linajurgensen4698 Danes did indeed codify modern handball, like Britain did with football. But as with other sports, it has many former iterations that go back to Roman times.

I am just waiting for the US to challenge for Olympic gold after 3 months practice with a mix of Ex NBA, NFL and NHL players 😂 Wasn’t that the rather arrogant opinion of some ex NFLer?
Nah, joking aside, I hope to see the US compete with the rest of us - It is an awesome sport, that Americans would love if they got exposed to it.

I always wondered why this has not caught on long time ago in US. As a recreational sport it are intense cardio for the whole body and as a spectator sport it are fast and with lots of goals. Rules are relatively simple so you can learn them quick. I hope you will succeed..

Handball is my life.
I never understood why Handball isn't big in the US. It is a team sport, simple rules, always action. Basically same as Basketball and Ice-Hockey.
