The clacking bracelets (especially when you grip and "crunch" them over her body), the humming with the light frequencies, the way you describe each thing you are doing, but without overdoing the amount of talking... Just absolutely everything is ON POINT! She really does help. I also have medical ptsd, and it's really nice to be able to watch calm medical asmr. You can search up pretty much any treatment/exam/surgery that you might have and watch it played out in a calm environment that's in your control (even if the exam is not 100% correct)

Would either you or the OP mind elaborating just a bit so I can understand better? (Obviously you don't need to discuss your own traumas, unless you are comfortable, but just any general explanation would be wonderful.) I'm glad to hear you're both getting some relief from it though! ❤️ Hannah's videos really are so great at calming the body, mind and spirit.

Only the small straight handle at the end is intended to be held, with the entire fork area untouched so vibration is maximized. 🙂

I love to focus on your hand movements and the minimal sound it creates along with your natural speaking, but the bracelet sounds are taking away all of my focus sadly. So interesting to learn what triggers I enjoy and which ones I don’t. Thanks for being a huge part of that journey

Seeing a lightstick as an idol fan is pretty baffling. A little tip with the light stick is that if you hold on either of the buttons, itll actually turn off. So it saves time and button presses :)
I love your videos and one of the reasons is because unlike many other ASMR videos you don’t make any sounds with your mouth. But I had to turn off this one when you started making mouth sounds (other than talking of course). If you do this in the future, maybe a warning in the description? Thank you!
Agree with this. Hesitant to say anything because Hannah is my favorite but this was too fast, frantic chaotic, rushed and loud for me. No tingles and not relaxing at all. Even when Hannah was grabbing her different tools was too fast. Usually she moves her hands very slowly. Seemed very off to me.

I can mix it up and do some hand movements before putting on the bracelets sometimes. I think it's good to have options for different people.
