  • G'day, in today's video I am focusing on learning a new technique influenced by the amazing Fiona Art. The Reverse Flower Dip using a bottle bottom cup..

    Paints Used:
    Base: Holcroft Paynes Grey mixed with Ficio Paynes Grey
    Colours:
    Josonja Purple Madder
    Atelier Perinone Orange (Transparent)
    Mont Marte Rose Madder
    Pebeo Light Azo Yellow
    Josonja Amethyst
    Josonja Rose Gold
    All colours are mixed to a thin consistency. (1x part paint, 1x part pouring medium and 2 parts water)

    I love the fact that you share your progression with us ... no one starts out as an expert in anything...there's always a trial and experimental period... thank you for sharing your process... makes me think "I can do this" :)

      Thankyou, and yes you can do this. We all have to start somewhere and sometimes they work and sometimes the don't. As long as we learn along the way and we have fun. 💜🥰

    Very pretty colors used, and lovely. I was wondering if you were going to twist the cup slightly, then pour for another dementional look. This is so fun to do. Definitely a process of learning techniques, I found out.

      Yes indeed. I love learning and trying different techniques. Unfortunately due to work commitments I don't get to play as much as I would like. The multi dimensional look is amazing. I have seen other artists do that. I'm yet to try that. 🥰
