Hey Cameron, I work in epoxy flooring and just FYI if you want to clean your floor, just get a micro fiber pad mop, and use acetone and it will go back to new!
Is a microfiber pad mop and acetone best for epoxy floorings with a polyaspartic top coating too?
I worked in a dealership for years with painted white floors. We got carpet squares from the Depot and flipped them over so the carpet side was down. Put them under the tires No more seeping marks in the floor. They are super cheap 3-4 a piece
When I would work,for German companies the plant manager would purposely paint the floors and walls white to show dirt and keep the place clean.

It always blows me away how cheap things are in the U.S. 4 hours rental with pads $61 amazing, how does a business survive charging that much. I would hate to think what it would cost here in Australia

In the Navy our aircraft maintenance hangars had the floors painted white. Turned out to be very durable and greatly improved visibility.
I’m a huge fan of white floors. I’ve noticed most race shops put a band of color on the walls were they meet the perfect white floors. Makes the walls not look dirty cheers.

They make a product that would replace the molding in between the slabs where it cracked and flaked off. Look up a product called void cap. Its white plastic to replace that black felt. Just a FYI for you.
Floor maintainer? You mean Swing Machine. :) I cant believe the rental company gave you a buffing pad and not a scrubbing pad that is red. I am surprised in came out as clean as it did. Nice job!
Has the white floor yellowed over time? I was told by the local company that they would not do white for that reason.
