I was not expecting such a glorious rendition of one my favorite melodies. It was very respectful of the tradition and heritage of the piece and it was very creative, showing the skill and hard work of its musician. Absolutely beautiful! Slainté!

My dad's people are Scottish and my maternal grandfather's were Irish, and my maternal grandmother's Cherokee/Muskogee mixed-bloods. Somehow, the Celtic and Native blood both respond to this music. In the early days of Irish and Scots immigrants coming to this land and meeting up with the Native peoples, the children born of such marriages were called "blessed blend" as they had the best qualities of both sides. Celts and Natives are, after all, tribal peoples with deep ties to land and kin that passes down through the generations in the blood.

Luego hablamos ;) Además, por lo que puedo ver en el vídeo, acababa de cambiar una cuerda rota, lo que implica un par de días de ajuste total. Bravo Víctor!
