Haven't watched your take on the Senators yet, but I want ohNyquist to know that they sit 7th in the East by P% and went on a franchise record road trip without Ullmark with the whole team battling the flu.
The Rangers started off the season 12-4-1, so they've been 6-16-1 since November 20th. Their hot start to the season is why they're still close to the wildcard race.
Definitely content with the Sens so far this season they are in a better position than I expected with all the factors going into the season schedule and Ullmark injuries. They just need to stay in the fight until the last month of the season where they end with 11 out of 12 games at home and a lot of favourable matchups
Great video, what a season it is. Very hard to identify contenders, many teams don`t look really consistent. Oilers for example, loosing Holloway and Broberg looks like a big loss. Team is bouncing around. Dallas, Vancouer and many others don`t look consistent. Is it really Vegas, Caps and Jets? How do you rate the Red Wings now? The roster isn`t great, but they seem to be solid since the coaching change. What are doing now as Buffalo? All your team is made up from 1st and 2nd round picks, you have tons of quality, but you don`t get it going. Habs, Flames and CBJ seem to outplay their rebuild. It is indeed a crazy season.
So sad seeing Cronin’s methods be so incompatible with the strengths of the roster’s core. Carlsson looks defeated many nights and has been saddled with Killorn and Leason, fine 3rd liners but neither have the footspeed or brain to complement him. Leo and Zegras had some great chemistry forming before Z went down so I’m sure Carlsson misses him on his line a ton. McTavish and Gauthier have looked very effective in transition together at points but as you mentioned, this system limits further rush opportunities from materializing. Infuriating seeing one of Zellweger or Mintyukov scratched every game too especially after the way Zellweger began the year on fire. Hopefully a Dumoulin trade is in the works asap because this logjam is detrimental to the young blueliners. And it makes the Trouba trade even more confusing. LaCombe’s been the silver lining as of late at least, he’s been given a larger role and has played well. But otherwise it’s just Terry as the lone consistent offensive driver every night. With all due respect to him (and he’s been great) that’s not what I’d hoped for coming into the year.
Give the circumstances this season has been best case scenario for Columbus. If they don’t make the playoffs this year they at least look like they are building something. If they make the right moves this offseason they’ll probably be in next year. It’s nice to see the team take this step forward. Just wish Johnny Hockey were still here.
I dont think anyone is out in the east due to how bad it has been 1 win streak or losing streak could be the difference if a team buys or sells at the trade deadline
Todd McLellan may be a good hockey coach, but he's a lousy marriage counselor. Edit: The Sharks had a series of videos they put out in the early 2010's that players were good hockey players but lousy [insert profession here] and then they'd show a clip of the person doing a terrible job at the profession, like Pavelski as a detective eating a sandwich that had been in the victim's hands. They had one for TMac as a lousy marriage counselor just yelling at the guy.
Being a fan of one team from the East (Pittsburgh) one from the West (Golden Knights), as a fan I am actually disappointed with wear the Penguins are. Yes they are competing for a playoff spot, but the trend of blowing leads is still there, and getting the loser point in 3 straight is less than ideal. Honestly, I worry the team will barely miss the playoffs as they did last year, so I'd rather see a solid playoff position or a top 3 lottery pick instead of being in potential no man's land. As for the Knights, I mean best in show, so I can't complain.
I like to watch the Penguins when the Stars aren't playing and it can definitely be hard to watch when they are blowing leads. They have had some exciting wins this season though.
Panthers are looking stale. I think the forwards are making up for the weaker blue line, making it harder to score. For the Wings, I’m actually optimistic about the season, they look confident and receptive to Todd’s messaging. TBH, I think the Oilers look like the best team in the league right now. Scary good defense and scoring. Goaltending might be the only issue come playoffs.
Nah the Wild haven't won a playoff series in a decade and don't get clowned on enough for it they got a whole lot of disappearing acts Kirill the thrill included, will be unsurprised when they lose in the furst round again.
Naw, don't trade either. Media and everyone else is blowing this out of proportion. Even if they don't like each other just suck it up and play as a team. Also still haven't had a full healthy roster all year
Unless stuff has been happening behind closed doors Hughes will be keeping the C. The man has been an absolute trooper with dealing with this mess. I’m also a big Miller fan as I assume u are so hopefully he stays (not a nucks fan just my observations)
Miller isn't captain material. I love the way he plays but he has feuds with players constantly. First Schenn then horvat now pettersson he clearly is a guy who isn't easy to be around. Plus stripping Hughes of the could alienate the MVP of the team which doesn't make any sense
i still had the video loaded up before it got taken down 🤣, they have it out for you
I was thinking and I feel like the Caps will be hard to deal with in the playoffs. Not soft by any means. A lot of big bodies.
Gotta say I've not been watching many hockey channels lately but I almost never miss a video from you, SALUTE! o7
Would love for the sens to be a little more consistent and lock up a playoff spot but when ullmark gets back I’ll be more confident
Amazing video. Looking forward to second half
Kudos for giving the jackets the respect they deserve. No one else really does

allat just to miss ploffs
The Panthers should get Brock Nelson to fix their secondary scoring woes but the issue is they don’t have the cap space to make the trade
Brock hasn't scored 1 goal since November.......Try and keep up.
The Rangers started off the season 12-4-1, so they've been 6-16-1 since November 20th. Their hot start to the season is why they're still close to the wildcard race.
Now 3-1-1 since the start of 2025
Lets go Habs keep it boys..really enjoy this channel dude
Appreciate you!
Man necas fell off so bad that bedard is only 10 points off.
"Necas is doing so bad lately, a generational talent has less points than him" is quire the take
Kinda expected tbh he isnt anywhere near the Talent level of the other scoring leaders of the league
I think most people expected Bedard to outscore Necas in the start of the year…
Bedard is almost a point per game what are you sayin 😂

I love watching the Rags collapse

Just started watching. All I know is that you ONLY say something NEGATIVE about MY TEAM. You HATE MY TEAM and MY TEAM only
Prolly cuz UR TEAM sucks
WOMP WOMP
I dont want to be that guy. But i said the jackets might play really well this year after Johnny hockey. Rip to a legend.

As a disappointed bruins fan, I've moved on to watching the blue jackets

Love the vids, will you make an update to the Red Wings top prospects video?
What's your alt channel? I remember seeing a great video on Dustin Wolf from a year or two ago and how impressed you were by him.

RUclips hates hockey I guess
Wild have spent almost all that cap space already..
You better say good things about my TEAM
JT miller to Buff for Cozens, Jokiharju and maybe a pick. Then we just need to shop Myers for a real rd
RUclips sucks
bro what?
Then why are u here bro????
Trolling?
So does yo mama
@t2av159 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Dude! You're not going to make a video on Red Wings' longest winning streak in 13 years?
Can’t jinx it, gotta wait until they lose! 😂😂
@OhNyquist come on, everybody else has and I've been waiting for yours
@@TheMillionMenProjectWill be talking about them for a bit in tomorrows AMA

Who do you think is the main culprit for the Rangers’ woes?

Canucks should trade Pettersson and make Miller captain over Hughes. I think it would solve a lot of leadership issues.
