I’m only a patient trying to understand my body and to better proceeded with questions for my doctor. Your videos are instrumental in my education. Although I’m in tears. My chiropractor says according to my MRI pelvic, I have necrosis of my left femoral head and porosis of my right. I see my hip specialist on Monday. I hope I remember to tell him that my fingers and toes are constantly cold, numb, tingly and loose sensation on the tips. Some days it hurts to even grasp items. My immense pain in my hips, spine and buttocks block out all lesser evils. For the past three years at least I’ve been in pain, but it’s gotten to the point where it is all day and night. I barely can walk or sleep. I dread the day I have to sit or bend down. I fear that I may not be able to get back up . This pain is breaking me mentally, for I am 42 yr old female and very active. I can barely do any of the things I love. Not being able to be there for my family or do things that give me purpose in life. I pray that there is end in sight.

Just found a way to prevent back muscle spasm pain when standing up from a seated position. Simply place each palms on your laps as near as possible to your hips and press against the laps as you stand up. In this manner it somehow deactivate back muscles from firing and pulling to strongly which in turn helps reducing or even stopping pain during your healing period. Try this to see if it works for you.

Hi doctor. I appreciate your lectures. I have been having pain in my left inner thigh and down the inner part of my left leg and numbness and pins and needles on inner part of my left leg. Could this be from an impingement of the left L4 traversing nerve root? Thank you. Edit: I meant tingling part is on my left inner foot.

Im to this date going trough hell..i had a spinal tumor.. best advise get a MRI, CT scan doesn't show the same . Believe me 10 years it took them to do one..by then i was all messed up.. when the pain travels to both legs then back to one then hip bouncing around with pin and niddles obviously its nerves so its lower back ..serious pain mostly can be a mass pinching root canal in your spine.. just get a MRI its your best bet.

Neither. It’s the SI joints. And getting it wrong can kill you.
