In the beginning the calender stop at 1996 which was the last time the guy receive the news from the doctor (about her condition probably alzheimer). Then when the guy start to dance alone at the hospital, he basically practicing and preparing for her favorite dance together. You can also see each of the scene is an reenact of them together again and again with the same cloth and enviroment from 1996 until 2021 september 23rd (which is when she is no longer able to keep up at the last scene). This MV literally made me teary. Especially the last sentence "I stay where your calender stops" 😭
