And the organ music has a strong magnetic influence upon the people who listen. I can see why it has such sway in cathedrals and churches, far better than an oral sermon.

What a great instrument a pipe organ is. I am no expert but I must say I have never seen an organist play on one manual and the same keys are played on the other manuals at the same time.
That's called coupling :), (A device called a coupler allows the pipes of one division to be played simultaneously from an alternative manual. ... On a mechanical-action organ, a coupler may connect one division's manual directly to the other, actually moving the keys of the first manual when the second is played.)

Wonderful performance by a brilliant young organist. I’m revisiting this piece myself after many years. It’s glorious to hear it on this historic instrument.
