Это "коммерческие" ролики на тему, "Молодой чел - построил дом сам!". По факту работает бригада - человек 15-20. И днём и ночью. Странное само строительство... бетон на склоне холма - глинистая почва! С фундаментом на земле, без свай, без подвала, без вентиляции! В такой сырости это рассадник чёрной плесени, которую можно в изобилии увидеть на соседнем (старом) доме. Никаких печей там не предусмотрено... кому нужны эти печки))) обогреватель поставит электрический, чтобы по ночам в тумане сеть коротило и пробки выбивало... Под крышей дыры - прилетайте и заползайте; тараканы, осы, москиты, змеи, летучие мышки - это для вас строили. В таком доме хорошо болеть - быстрее сгниёшь заживо.
It is good to invest ones money on rural house where one can escape from the bustling big city or from pandemics or become jobless. One can do agriculture, aquaculture, poultry or etc.
It is possible one person can build a house. My husband age 65 had 2 workers did 10 houses.😂😂😂. We had cement mixer so not so bad. Building a house doesn't need rocket science just some good old common sense. It is better if one but a land and build yourself as you do not tie with the bank. The beauty of rural place, one do not need to have any licensing or permit to build a house. It is different in the big city.

Retaining walls fail when you use too much cement. It blocks moisture and doesn’t allow drainage from the hill. Winds up pushing the wall forward. You should put a few tubes in wall to all drainage of water. That’s a big hill behind your wall and a you used a lot of cement. Just saying.
