I have a total of 176.5 hours (7d, 8h, 34m) of playtime. I haven't purchased any cod points. I have been a season pass holder since day one and have logged on most days. In my calculations below, I'm not including the initial 1000 salvage bonus for the season pass, or any weapons earned from the triple play guarantees. So far I've earned a total of 5 epics from supply drops which comes to approximately 1 epic from a supply drop every 35 hours of play time. I have earned a total of 18378 salvage (after subtracting 1000 for season pass), and this comes to approximately 4000 salvage every 38.5 hours. The Epics from supply drops are: EMC Avalanche Ripper EBR-800 Bomber Titan Scout Mauler Sentinel The Epics I've crafted are: KBAR-32 Invective Erad Cyclopean
It amazes me that XclusiveAce has seasonpass, mostly daily login bonus, etc. and every 139 hours of Infinite Warfare you get around 1 weapon. I know these results aren't 100% accurate but still. IMAGINE HOW ITS LIKE FOR PLAYERS THAT PLAY THIS OCCASIONALLY, DONT HAVE SEASON PASS AND DONT OPEN RARE SUPPLY DROPS.
Hey ace great video! One thing I think you forgot to account for with earning salvage is that you primarily get it from the mission teams in chunks up to level 50, and there's only 4 of them (soon too be 5 I know). i also know that you can now get an additional 3375 salvage from taking them to level 100 but that seems like it takes much more time than the initial 50 levels. So, once you hit level 50 on all the teams, your salvage earn rate is going to start decreasing rapidly from 4K per 30 hours played. Taking that into account, I think they need to introduce another way to earn a small amount of salvage daily or weekly by playing the game and competing challenges, much like contracts in bo3. Other than that, I agree that the current way to earn salvage is acceptable for the most part, at least up until this point in the game. If they start adding epic weapons more frequently without creating more ways to earn salvage though, it's not going to be enough in my opinion.
204 hours, 4 epics from supply drops, is an epic every 51 hours. Haven't touched cod points and I mainly open rares like ace, but I haven't logged in for a lot more days then ace and I didn't get the season pass bonus until January
I've got 4 days, 2 hours on Multiplayer, and 3 days 6 hours on zombies, and I've earned 6 Epic Weapons from Supply Drops (no Cod Points, only keys). And based on my calculations, I've earned 18,367 Salvage over 176 hours of total gameplay (Zombies included), which has gotten me 3 Epics and a Legendary, with 3.3k Salvage left over. I personally think that I'm going at a good pace at unlocking new epics, getting 1 from supply drops every 29.33 hours. Plus the Triple Play Mk2 Epic, and free Hailstorm Epic.
Same conditions as you, Ace: season pass holder (I did not consider the initial 1000k salvage), no cod points. 98h played (Core TDM or TTDM the most played game modes) 3 epics found of out supply drops (Smoothbore - Goliath - Kaiken) 14 863 salvage earned (I only crafted the Volk Regulator, I'm sitting on 15 683 salvage right now) 32,5 epic/h 26,4 h/(4k salvage) I think they could make something faster for us player, BUT I'm just happy with the system now, as I don't think variants are so important to the enjoyment of the game. Take care Ace.
123 hours, 14962 salvage total (edit: have season pass), 4 epics from drops. So right on that ~30hrs/epic mark. That said i think the rate is ok ATLEAST now that hacks have been implemented. Also the epics aren't insanely epic so really there's no loss over not currently having many, but being able to craft anyone i choose. The biggest thing that sucks is that there's plenty i'd like to try but won't craft because i know they would rarely if ever be used.
great vid but one question, won't these rates be different for everyone especially those who play zombies? because theoretically you could have 0 hours played on multiplayer and have every epic in the game by using the keys you earned from zombies on multiplayer crates.
Ace, I have 4 days played in IW and I have only earned 1 epic. You heard me, 1. And it is the DMR-1 Spectacle, which I received a day after I unlocked the M1 Garand. Salvage is the only thing that I care about at this moment, but because of the low odds of rares and the low numbers of receiving salvage I find it hard to persist through to try these weapons; mainly because I love zombies and some variants would just make the experience more interesting
1. I certainly appreciate the craft system. Gotta give them props for listening to the customers and offering us another route to get the weapons we want. 2. The earn rate is too slow. Honestly 30 hours for an epic weapon? Most gamers don't have that much time to grind honestly and the duplicates only offers 5 salvages...3. Ace, I try to get the daily double for BO3 (i only purchased COD points once during one of the 100 rare supply drop bundle sale and a weapon guarantee bundle) pretty much every day but now a lot of the times I get 4 duplicates out of the 6 items. And I still can't get that DBSR-50. Maybe you can collect some data on this and make a video about this? Thanks
3 days, 21 hours playtime, not a season pass holder, log in average 4-5 days per week, only open rare supply drops (unless the login bonus is a common drop) and I have earned two epics - the LMG's Liberty and Scout. I haven't crafted any other epics because there aren't any I particularly want. I have also leveled up JTF to get the Windfall epic. No idea how much salvage I've earned. I do know that I got both the LMG's very early on after release of the game.
Why do you say epic weapons only cost 4,000 salvage? You have to unlock everything before them so it's like 6,000. Some guns like the Mauler Sentinel require an epic weapon before it.
KingCodester111 are you sure of this? Because I have a legendary longbow variant and the epics for it are still locked not sure if there's something I'm missing here
since the beginning ive logged in almost every day and have only built 1 epic gun. To note, I do not have a season pass. I have roughly 1.5K remaining salvage after my recent crafting of the Volk Goliath. Ive only received 1 other epic gun from boxes, that being the Ripper. Currently earn rate is way too slow imo.
4000 salvage for an epic weapon but that's going on the assumption that you have the preceding variants unlocked correct? Because if not, you would have to spend at least another 2000 on a legendary, therefore you would probably need to spend more than 30 hours to get the amount of salvage that you need to unlock an elite. Great vid Ace! It puts in perspective for me. 30 hours is a lot of time spent just to get an epic weapon.
I have gotten 7 epic weapons from drops in my 9 days or so played. One was a MKII copy of a regular one also from a drop, and 2 of my epics came from common drops. I have crafted a couple rare variants (I think 5, might be a couple more), a couple legendary (at least 2 definitely, maybe 3, not sure.), and 3 Epics (Flatline, Sentinel, Bomber).
well said Ace this system is better than black ops 3 and advance Warfare were the only epic variants you get were only from supply drops. At least in IW you get to earn salvages and go for the ones you want although it doesn't take a long time but it's better than getting random ones from the supply drops. At this point there isn't any epic gun I want I have all the ones I wanted as well and now I'm just doing it for fun like a whatever thing since I have all the good ones in my opinion
124 hours, 4 epics from supply drops (flatline, invective, titan scout and the ebr 800 Osiris - got pretty lucky to get the nv4 and kbar so early in the game) 4 epics from mission teams (windfall, phobos, cartel and widowmaker smoke) and 1 epic purchased with salvage (dmr1 spectacle) but I have bought a few legendaries. From the triple play bundle i got the mkII Hailstorm Ordnance and then i have a few rare and 1 legendary mkII's as well. I think the system works fine because even though i don't have many epics from supply drops, i have plenty of them from mission teams and like ace said there are no variants that are jumping out at me.
just want to be clear. did you get any epic weapons from the 10 rare drops you got from being a season pass holder, and if you did did you factor those in. i'll assume that since you didnt mention it, it wasnt a factor but i just want to be clear.
Lol I've got double your playtime (10 days 7 hrs) @10th prestige, season pass, never missed a login, and I've only "won" 5 epic weapons and earned 16,083 salvage. That's 49 hours to open one from a drop and 61 hours to craft. System really needs a revamp IMO, but at the same time I don't really care about most of the epics anyway.
I play PlayStation 4 ,I m not able to see the leader board for hardcore team death match only friends team death match,Is there a problem please let me know
This is super late, but tonight was the first time I logged onto IW since the video came out. I have 7 epic weapons from 371 hours played (15 days, 11 hours). So maybe one epic gun every 53 hours. I've mostly played Domination, but I'm not sure if that affects how long it takes. I've heard you get keys faster playing Zombies, but I never play that.
John Forsberg I literally have half your hours played (right around 7 days), and I have 11 epic weapons (5 from mission teams, 3 from crafting and 2 from supply drops, and that one free thing.)
Oh, I didn't count any of those, since he asked for ones we just got in supply drops. If I count all epic weapons, I have 18 (5 mission teams, 7 supply drops, 6 crafted). edit: it's actually 20 if I count the mark 2 variants of the Cartel and Smoke that you get for the Wraith mission team)
I don't really have a problem with the earn rate simply because nothing is so good that it's like absolutely necessary to get. I think some things are more fun than others like the Cyclopean that I might want to grind for, but as long as the quartermaster doesn't have OP items, I'm all for this earn rate.
Agreed. Nothing screams OP to me that requires my Salvage. Maybe the Titan-Scout now, since the patch buffing its fire rate and 4 shot kill range, couple with Stability and Grip.
When you put in the addition of being a Season Passholder that makes it sound even more crazy that it takes an average of 28 hours (At least for Ace) to just get one Epic weapon. I know personally not being a season passholder, logging on most days, no CoD Points, and opening only Simples with 1 Day 47 minutes played I have one Epic weapon with it being the RAW Liberty. I know its a business, but that makes it even more of a question as to why they didn't do more who did the key glitch months ago. I mean whenever I play IW and I see people running around with Epics I can't help but wonder if they got them legit or glitched for it. And it does take some fun out of it knowing i'm limited because i'm a legit player who doesn't abuse shit, and these people who openly did it got what? A two day ban? They get to keep all the keys, weapons, and salvage they got from it? Makes me wonder as a consumer if i'm not the player they want to keep playing their games. If they want these people who will go out and abuse what they can instead of legit players who work their asses off for weapons.
I think that this system is perfect NOT only for variants, but for additional guns in general, but I would still prefer no supply drops and unlock points at all... to be honest leveling is annoying for me to being with, add in all the other supply drop, salvage and such and it's annoying the the power of infinity for me... I just want everything unlocked from the get go...
I have 14,935 Salvage, I've never bought CoD points in IW and I've never spent Salvage on weapons, I've played 3 days and 7 hours on the game, and I only have two epic weapons
Michael Avaliani Just ranking up Mission Teams, getting the Daily Bonus every day (I have the season pass), opening supply drops and getting duplicates/key bonuses
I would consider the rate in this game decent, but i do get a lot of duplicate weapons, i bought the Christmas bundle of 25 supply drops TWICE and get the Erad Cerberus 3 times, 2 being back to back drops which was annoying. and even though this isn't a epic i notice i get the DCM-8 Even Keel a LOT, probably my most earned common to date
I only afford 1 EPIC weapon right now(and there are 2 EPIC weapons I want), but the thing that sucks is that I cant purchase neither one of the EPIC weapons I want because I dont even own the Rare and Legendary versions of the weapon. I really hate that they make you own the uncommon, rare and legendary version before you can craft the EPIC. It already costs an arm and a leg to purchase these EPIC variants.
I've been really trying and spending money to try to get the salvo. I have one epic in the quarter master collection in all the time I've played. It's the dual auger guns. And frankly having guns you can only get in supply drops when there is soooooo much useless calling card crap to sort through is really unfair. They DO need to up the drop rate for the weapon you can only get in supply drops. Having said that I wouldn't care if they touk the ones you can craft completely out of supply drops just bc it will increase the odds of getting something you want and being able to enjoy the game more.
Around 10 days played and around 5 Epics from SD only. Including crafting, I have 8 Epics, and including the MT, I have 12. That's not including the Triple Play in which I got the Epic R-VN, Epic Axe, MKII DMR-1 Spectacle, and MKII Banshee Siren. So that totals out to 16 Epics I have, and I only use two or three. There's no Epics that I want. I have around 8K Salvage right now, but I've earned 20k maybe.
i have 174 hours in the game since january 1st. I got 1 epic weapon out of a rare supply drop and its the mk2 hailstorm ordance i spent like 4000 k salvage but dont have an epic weapon i opened the triple play bundle and got the banshee siren mk2 i dont spend money
hi ACE i have played for 6 day in total and i have only earned 4 epics from key surply drops. and i have only made 1 epic. it seems to take me for ages to earn salvage.
i don't have the actual avg stats. but i can say, i've barely gotten over 8k salvage, and that includes buying cod points. i think i've made 2 rares and 1 legendary weapon, and im sitting at around 2800 salvage atm. any time i open rare packages i only ever really get 10 salvage for the pack, and rarely get duplicates because of just how much "crap" is in those. to be fair, i probably only have a total of 40-60 total hours, but im still adding cop point purchases in the game and i have 2 epic from supply chests (Banshee Siren and Rack9 Smoothbore, 2 shotties...yay...) it's super discouraging imho how little you get compared to how much you actually could get depending on how lucky you get. at least "most" of the epics aren't overpowered...but a lot of them just look and sound fun. which is what i want out of my games....fun. idc if most the rares and legendaries are better. i don't care about how well i do in game with "Top Tier" weapons. i just want to have fun with stupid stuff...hide and seek is 1000% more fun in these games than sitting in a corner with the NV4 fallout...
First: you do great videos. Second: screw aim, recoil, kd ratio and other problems. Third: the biggest problem is that this is the best call of duty game and no matter how much you are trying to have collection of legendary or epic variants, do 100 or 1000 of slide or headshot kills they will do WWII game with boots on the ground. why dont they just do this game (cod iw) the last and do big updates like map packs that you need to buy in order to play game. They could make something like time machine system where you can for some amount of salvage and keys buy time machine and go to WWII. i know all these ideas are not well developed, but i just want to play this cod and only this one. I know someone will comment this: if you like it you can still play it. The problem is that when there is new game coming everyone will get to that game and there will be only one sentence to most best cod game in franchise: bye bye you are old and we want to play new games. BO3 was nearly perfect but Infinite Warfare is PERFECT.
Good video.. I think its a bit slow, but probably a good thing. I wish you could trade in guns you get out of supply drops that you don't want for salvage. For example, I've got several sniper rifles that I'll probably never use...
I have like 12 epic weapons. I'm prestige 3. I spent around 200 on cod points and got 9 of those epics out of supply drops. I bought the nv4 unlimited range gun and the mauler mammoth and the sniper with no glint. The only time I've ever gotten an epic outa a box I earned is when I got the sentinel out of a common. All my other are either bought with cod points or salvage.
TrueLK -Gaming and more Both seem interesting in my opinion, but I might get the Doppler, I have 3341 salvage, and I already have 9 variants for the Banshee (4 common (2 MKII's), 4 rare (2 MKII's), and 1 legendary)
I am on pristege 5 and never get any epic weapon.I got mostly shitty duplicates camos for melee weapons ,launchers and shotguns. those things i never used.
the salvage rate is good but the key rate is so bad. i have about 14k salvage with no epics crafted yet let alone a few rates and a couple legendaries.
Holy shit. I've been seeing a bunch of comments saying they got the EBR Osiris and UDM Stalker from 10 rare supply drops! Everyone that had this happen please comment. There's something suspicious about this..
I got the Mk2 Rare- RVN variant, can't remember what it's called. Brainbuster I think, from my 10 rare supply drops. Then I opened the Quartermaster collection Bribe and got the Brainbuster again, but not MK2 lol. Duplicate protected, but I guess that doesn't matter if they're Mk2 and not. Then I got the Mk2 EMC- Switchblade, and it seems pretty meh. A pistol with a shotgun pellet spread. Pretty meh.
My salvage earn rate has been around 3500 salvage since December. But i often cafted a lot of cheaper variants hoping my chances of epics would increase in supply drops of but not much lucks. I get ctamos or or uncommon variants mostly.I have all the dlc weapons but i wish i could get the epic Ghosts Ripper variant in a drop. Im stuck on 300 salvage and 6000 salvage takes forever to craft(one 2000 aalvage variant for Ripper evo is still not crafted.)
I played about 65 hours and I haven't earned any epic weapons and only 5 epic call cards... 100 salvige per game and I still got to epic.... I had to spend allvof them for legenderies to craft the epic ones later
I have one epic from a mission team, I have the erad Cyclopean which I've built and I have NONE from supply drop which sucks shit but I was opening up a lot of common drops and now I'm not
Am I the only one who remembers that all the initial epic weapons were earnable in Advanced Warfare by prestige ranking? There's no question that IW's crafting system is the best but I also think AW did it very well. All the beast epics that everyone wanted were earnable and it was pretty much every second game that you were earning s supply drop. That along with the fact that they would often drop just as you died, therefore making that blundering fuckwit move you did to get you killed, or took a bullshit Death a little more bearable. More on point with the vid though, I've found that I typically get enough salvage to craft an epic each prestige level. Which I'm sure is likely intended. I've got more weapons than that because I've caved in and bout cod points. I hate myself for it and I know I'm part of the problem, but those hack bundles tempted me too much. .
I'm at 3 days 19 hours (91 hours) and I have bought 1 EPIC and earned from supply drops 2 EPICS. So my earn rate has been ~ 45 hours. I haven't kept track of all my salvage but I am only going to estimate that I've gotten less than 10000 salvage.
ok what about the fact that you dont just spend 4000 on a epic you have to spend 2000 and another 500if you dont have a legendary or rare for the gun you want. so really its 6500 and even a little more if you don't have a common
8 days played, 4 crafted Epics, could've possibly had another but i spent 2k on Fallout & Bunker Buster (i know igloo is the same but i hated how you couldn't put a camo on it)
takes me about a month and a half for 4000 salvage. it seems to be a hard grind and currently I have about 5500 salvage. I'm not sure what to buy because I'm mostly a zombies guy too, and a lot of the community is acting like zombies is awful, therfore no one is really making any videos on how good weapons are or how good these epic weapons are on high rounds. tho prestige is key does some videos for epics, but he doesn't go for 50+. either way it takes way too long, just like earning crypto keys....but honestly I'm loving having different types of the same weapons and low key hoping there in the next few cod games...
Play time 3d:6h:42min, I open mainly rare supply drops, I don't have the season pass and I have not had a single epic from a drop yet. Like Ace says there isn't an epic I am dying to get my hands on or one that really sticks out for me possibly the smoothbore but I would of at least like to have had a random one drop.
Been playing since it first came out, I got the KBS Longbow Big Brother in one of my first 10 supply drops for season pass and last month got the RAW Liberty and crafted the R3KT only other epics are the kendall and widow from wraiths and the hailstorm
Well, my luck is terrible. I played 3 days and 10 hours and I only have the EMC Avalanche, everything else is bought with salvage or by completing challenges
8 days 1 hour and I have 8 epics from supply drops. Type 2 butcher Erad Cerberus and MKII Cyclopean MKII KBS Harbinger MKII EBR-800 Bomber Rack-9 Smoothbore Kendall 44 Cartel UDM Stalker HVR Gemini through mission depot. Widowmaker Smoke through mission depot. Karma Deimos through mission depot. Oni Tengu through mission depot. Of course everyone has the Hailstorm Thunder lol.
not sure about my stats but something to consider is that you're saying how long to earn 4k salvage like 4k salvage = EPIC WEAPONS , when in fact it doesn't. you have to consider the weapons before you have to craft...I know you thought of this but i wanted to put it out there cause you didn't mention it ( or maybe i missed it) but most ppl that have played for a while can probably craft whatever they want without having to craft a previous version by now... still some cool stats to go off of though. I think they are pretty fair considering it's a business...would like a little faster to keep thinks interesting.
I've probably earned about 11 or 12k salvage through 4d 23h, which i think is terrible, AW was good imo especially when they added the new prestiges which were guaranteed, it was just the Insanity you couldn't get which i eventually did a while after hitting Grandmaster (only downside)
I have almost 4 days played and I got the epic mark 2 Doppler shotgun out of a free daily common, and I got the Volk corruption out of a rare, that's it. I have 4 total, the flatline i crafted and the rodeo mark 2 was from the triple play. Kinda ridiculous honestly, what kills me is that this game has so much potential, im bored so I play a lot but what this game could have been would have been epic
I have 102 hours played. 0 epic weapons out of drops. fml.
Etterbeer Juh 20 hours and the m2 corruption XD
Etterbeer Juh your loss. who plays this piece of shit for 102 hours?
Etterbeer Juh i got 113 hours, have 14 epic weapons, four from salvage and 4k salvage to buy another one :D
Etterbeer Juh i got one. the Harbinger...
i cant snipe
Etterbeer Juh I got 2 from a single common zombie drops. I was lucky af

I have earned a total of 18378 salvage (after subtracting 1000 for season pass), and this comes to approximately 4000 salvage every 38.5 hours.
The Epics from supply drops are:
EMC Avalanche
Ripper
EBR-800 Bomber
Titan Scout
Mauler Sentinel
The Epics I've crafted are:
KBAR-32 Invective
Erad Cyclopean
I saved up 2200 keys, opened all rare supply drops n got not a single EPIC weapon
not even a duplicate epic Weapon
joseph gelsomini proper shit
Same! I got 6 Common Oni Bulwarks though
I know, right
I opened 10 rare supply drops and i get EBR 800 - Osiris and the UDM - Stalker :)
Your very good at thinking of ideas for videos. 😅 I've want some to make a video like this for a long time!
I have a dream, that one day there will be a free dlc map pack
Wendy Sierra lets hope Activision returns back to being normal, and not money-whores
Yeah its gg to attract more players and its gg to earn them more money so i dun see why they r still so miserly
It takes ages.
Abdou Sisay centuries...

Darxis I don't have season pass and only play occasionally, and I have 10k salvage 800 keys and good amount of epics
Sin Maybe you're one of the luckier ones. Must feel good to be you. Lol
Sin Are you one of those gamers that call a couple months straight "not long?"
Hey ace great video! One thing I think you forgot to account for with earning salvage is that you primarily get it from the mission teams in chunks up to level 50, and there's only 4 of them (soon too be 5 I know). i also know that you can now get an additional 3375 salvage from taking them to level 100 but that seems like it takes much more time than the initial 50 levels.

the many hours grinding for keys in zombies just to end up getting the same emblems , camos or taunts.
Fernando Guerrero Fernando Guerrero same I saved up 100 keys and opened up 3 supply drops to get two commons and rare duplicate every time
204 hours, 4 epics from supply drops, is an epic every 51 hours. Haven't touched cod points and I mainly open rares like ace, but I haven't logged in for a lot more days then ace and I didn't get the season pass bonus until January
Thanks to you Ace, I have learned the slide jump really fast and it's really efficient.
TheXclusiveAce gives the best top 10 ten and tips
I've got 4 days, 2 hours on Multiplayer, and 3 days 6 hours on zombies, and I've earned 6 Epic Weapons from Supply Drops (no Cod Points, only keys). I love when Ace talks about statistics
Same conditions as you, Ace: season pass holder (I did not consider the initial 1000k salvage), no cod points.
98h played (Core TDM or TTDM the most played game modes)
3 epics found of out supply drops (Smoothbore - Goliath - Kaiken)
14 863 salvage earned (I only crafted the Volk Regulator, I'm sitting on 15 683 salvage right now)
32,5 epic/h
26,4 h/(4k salvage)
I think they could make something faster for us player, BUT I'm just happy with the system now, as I don't think variants are so important to the enjoyment of the game. Take care Ace.
good vid, earn rate is slow but the common/rare variants you pick up are pretty good
Rack 9 - Lance is the best 2000 salvage you will ever spend 😍
123 hours, 14962 salvage total (edit: have season pass), 4 epics from drops. So right on that ~30hrs/epic mark. That said i think the rate is ok ATLEAST now that hacks have been implemented. I do know that I got both the LMG's very early on after release of the game.
Is the Rack 9 or Banshee a better shotgun? The Rack looks better on in-game stats but I tend to get a lot of sliver-healthed opponents.
Why do you say epic weapons only cost 4,000 salvage? You have to unlock everything before them so it's like 6,000. Some guns like the Mauler Sentinel require an epic weapon before it.
cutthroat795 It costs 6700 to get a whole row of 1 of each rarity of a weapon but if you have at least one legendary you can still get both Epics
Big Uzi oh. I haven't had that situation yet, so I was assuming that was what happened.
Well said
KingCodester111 are you sure of this? Because I have a legendary longbow variant and the epics for it are still locked not sure if there's something I'm missing here
NOXHEL - are you at the level in your prestige to unlock the KBS Longbow?
since the beginning ive logged in almost every day and have only built 1 epic gun.
30 hours is a lot of time spent just to get an epic weapon.
does your calculation for crafting epic take into consideration crafting lower lvl weapons to unlock the ability to craft epic ?
At this point there isn't any epic gun I want I have all the ones I wanted as well and now I'm just doing it for fun like a whatever thing since I have all the good ones in my opinion
i liked this video just subbed!
I think the system works fine because even though i don't have many epics from supply drops, i have plenty of them from mission teams and like ace said there are no variants that are jumping out at me.
why don't u do a video of phase shift vs active camo comparison
just want to be clear. did you get any epic weapons from the 10 rare drops you got from being a season pass holder, and if you did did you factor those in. i'll assume that since you didnt mention it, it wasnt a factor but i just want to be clear.
your video's are nicely done and very informative
Lol I've got double your playtime (10 days 7 hrs) @10th prestige, season pass, never missed a login, and I've only "won" 5 epic weapons and earned 16,083 salvage. That's 49 hours to open one from a drop and 61 hours to craft. System really needs a revamp IMO, but at the same time I don't really care about most of the epics anyway.
I have 14 days and I pulled 4 epic weapons buying mostly commons.. I switched to rares now after the salvage video ace did.
I play PlayStation 4 ,I m not able to see the leader board for hardcore team death match only friends team death match,Is there a problem please let me know
Didn't you do the key glitch?
I've been playing IW since the day it came out and I finally got first epic from a supply drop March 12
If I count all epic weapons, I have 18 (5 mission teams, 7 supply drops, 6 crafted).
edit: it's actually 20 if I count the mark 2 variants of the Cartel and Smoke that you get for the Wraith mission team)
can you get salvage from leveling up in zombies
If they want these people who will go out and abuse what they can instead of legit players who work their asses off for weapons.
could you make like a top 10 epic weapons list in the game? post patch. think it would go down well.
Interesting video, I enjoyed it
I think that this system is perfect NOT only for variants, but for additional guns in general, but I would still prefer no supply drops and unlock points at all... to be honest leveling is annoying for me to being with, add in all the other supply drop, salvage and such and it's annoying the the power of infinity for me... I just want everything unlocked from the get go...
5:19 that shot tho
I have 14,935 Salvage, I've never bought CoD points in IW and I've never spent Salvage on weapons, I've played 3 days and 7 hours on the game, and I only have two epic weapons
KranjosGaming dude how
Michael Avaliani How about which part?
KranjosGaming how did you get thst many salvage?
Michael Avaliani Just ranking up Mission Teams, getting the Daily Bonus every day (I have the season pass), opening supply drops and getting duplicates/key bonuses
KranjosGaming ok thx
Should i Bus the invective??
Around 10 days played and around 5 Epics from SD only. Including crafting, I have 8 Epics, and including the MT, I have 12. That's not including the Triple Play in which I got the Epic R-VN, Epic Axe, MKII DMR-1 Spectacle, and MKII Banshee Siren. So that totals out to 16 Epics I have, and I only use two or three. There's no Epics that I want. I have around 8K Salvage right now, but I've earned 20k maybe.
I have 3 days 6 hours played, have gotten 3 epics out of supply drops (so 25.3h/epic) and probably around 12k total salvage
i have 174 hours in the game since january 1st.
I got 1 epic weapon out of a rare supply drop and its the mk2 hailstorm ordance
i spent like 4000 k salvage but dont have an epic weapon
i opened the triple play bundle and got the banshee siren mk2
i dont spend money
I have 7000 salvage, what do I sped it on? I don't want to waste it so please reason your recommendation
Was your salvage calculation including mission team salvage?
Yes! I should've mentioned that in the video.
I got the EBR-800 Osiris from a Rare Supply Drop once... And then the Erad Cerberus out of a Common.
It's hard to say when I no longer play that game anymore ... soooo infinity??
hi ACE i have played for 6 day in total and i have only earned 4 epics from key surply drops.
and i have only made 1 epic. it seems to take me for ages to earn salvage.
i don't have the actual avg stats. but i can say, i've barely gotten over 8k salvage, and that includes buying cod points. i think i've made 2 rares and 1 legendary weapon, and im sitting at around 2800 salvage atm. any time i open rare packages i only ever really get 10 salvage for the pack, and rarely get duplicates because of just how much "crap" is in those. to be fair, i probably only have a total of 40-60 total hours, but im still adding cop point purchases in the game and i have 2 epic from supply chests (Banshee Siren and Rack9 Smoothbore, 2 shotties...yay...) it's super discouraging imho how little you get compared to how much you actually could get depending on how lucky you get. at least "most" of the epics aren't overpowered...but a lot of them just look and sound fun. which is what i want out of my games....fun. idc if most the rares and legendaries are better. i don't care about how well i do in game with "Top Tier" weapons. i just want to have fun with stupid stuff...hide and seek is 1000% more fun in these games than sitting in a corner with the NV4 fallout...
51 hours of gametime for ONE epic since u need 6.700 salvage -_- gg Activision
Banshee - Siren or Banshee - Doppler? I do really good with the Banshee and the SPAS-12.
TalonPierce i have the siren it changes nothing important doppler changes it to a burst thing firing 15 pellets if u want that
TrueLK -Gaming and more Both seem interesting in my opinion, but I might get the Doppler, I have 3341 salvage, and I already have 9 variants for the Banshee (4 common (2 MKII's), 4 rare (2 MKII's), and 1 legendary)
TalonPierce Siren is the worst shotgun I've used in case you're still deciding
Sin I still can't decide which epic I want tbh, I have the mission team epics, I have the Mammoth, the Goliath and the Spectacle MKII
I've gotten 13 out of 15 of my epics before they added 600+ more items in supply drops *cough* 600 + ways for them to make money *cough*
FeedTheCat pls Sadly, I wasn't that lucky :(
FeedTheCat pls i got the mauler mammoth from the 10 rare supply drops.
Pretty meh.
I got the Osiris and smoothbore
***** haven't even used it yet. I get crossmapped by it though when someone else does
My salvage earn rate has been around 3500 salvage since December.
What they should start doing for duplicate weapons through supply drops is rewarding the actual cost of salvage to buy said weapon
I've played 5 days and 3 hrs and I never got an epic weapon on a supply drop wtf
I played about 65 hours and I haven't earned any epic weapons and only 5 epic call cards... 100 salvige per game and I still got to epic.... I had to spend allvof them for legenderies to craft the epic ones later
I have one epic from a mission team, I have the erad Cyclopean which I've built and I have NONE from supply drop which sucks shit but I was opening up a lot of common drops and now I'm not
I hate that epic weapons cost 4000 salvage and if it is a duplicate you only get 200 salvage.
I hate myself for it and I know I'm part of the problem, but those hack bundles tempted me too much.
.
i think you should get extra salvage or keys when you level up (not a crazy amount).
8 days played, 4 crafted Epics, could've possibly had another but i spent 2k on Fallout & Bunker Buster (i know igloo is the same but i hated how you couldn't put a camo on it)
*plus two epics out of supply drops. the Harbinger & the Cyclopean
I have 2 days 6 hours and 43 seconds played and I haven't gotten a single epic
takes me about a month and a half for 4000 salvage. it seems to be a hard grind and currently I have about 5500 salvage.
How do you get so much salvage so fast
Been playing since it first came out, I got the KBS Longbow Big Brother in one of my first 10 supply drops for season pass and last month got the RAW Liberty and crafted the R3KT only other epics are the kendall and widow from wraiths and the hailstorm
it takes over 6,000+ salvage to unlock an epic.. you have to unlock all earlier versions before you purchase the last for 4,000
Well, my luck is terrible. I played 3 days and 10 hours and I only have the EMC Avalanche, everything else is bought with salvage or by completing challenges
8 days 1 hour and I have 8 epics from supply drops.
Type 2 butcher
Erad Cerberus and MKII Cyclopean
MKII KBS Harbinger
MKII EBR-800 Bomber
Rack-9 Smoothbore
Kendall 44 Cartel
UDM Stalker
HVR Gemini through mission depot.
Widowmaker Smoke through mission depot.
Karma Deimos through mission depot.
Oni Tengu through mission depot.
Of course everyone has the Hailstorm Thunder lol.
I've gotten 3 epic weapons out of the supply drops. I've played for 7 days 15 hours
It is a bit of a grind ( worth it tho) but it's better than opening supply drops for them (still proud to say I've never bought cod points in my life)
All I want is the stalker variant for the UDM. The fact I want it so much means I'll probably never get it just because life.
not sure about my stats but something to consider is that you're saying how long to earn 4k salvage like 4k salvage = EPIC WEAPONS , when in fact it doesn't. you have to consider the weapons before you have to craft...I know you thought of this but i wanted to put it out there cause you didn't mention it ( or maybe i missed it) but most ppl that have played for a while can probably craft whatever they want without having to craft a previous version by now... still some cool stats to go off of though. I think they are pretty fair considering it's a business...would like a little faster to keep thinks interesting.
What was your guys best variant out of a free daily log in bonus supply drop. Mine was the R3KT :)
Jalen Hernandez Mine was the EMC - Avalanche, not the best pistol, but it is a good sniper secondary
how long it takes for you to do a long barrel guide on hand guns?
Not likely doing one, it's a 1.2 multiplier just like everything else
TheXclusiveAce headshot multiplier?
most likely 1.1x damage and 1.35x damage if you have hollow point
I've probably earned about 11 or 12k salvage through 4d 23h, which i think is terrible, AW was good imo especially when they added the new prestiges which were guaranteed, it was just the Insanity you couldn't get which i eventually did a while after hitting Grandmaster (only downside)
I have 37h playtime and i've got one epic and 6.5k salvage. So those statistics are pretty accurate
which schotgun he is using
Robbe Van den Broeck banshee
You should be able to trade or sell your weapons I have a lot of guns I don't even want
I have almost 4 days played and I got the epic mark 2 Doppler shotgun out of a free daily common, and I got the Volk corruption out of a rare, that's it. I have 4 total, the flatline i crafted and the rodeo mark 2 was from the triple play. Kinda ridiculous honestly, what kills me is that this game has so much potential, im bored so I play a lot but what this game could have been would have been epic
there should only supply drops for cosmetic options and legendary variants
