its at the graveyard
tips: DO NOT stand too close or they will NOT spawn or despawn
if you miss one move to another they are timeing envolved for when they spawn
there can be 2 locations in which they can spawn in the small area so be observant
after collecting all 8 you must wait to the next night to gte the 10th
