Love these Michael. An idea for the channel - are you able to make a few of these but at night time? Perhaps lit by fire/torches. As I wake up at night sometimes and the birds chirping throw my body clock off. A nice calming night version after having a bad dream would be really great and also give you a load more content for the channel, as you can essentially do the same healings again, but “night versions”. Would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks for the healing!

I've been so desperately holding onto the pain of what I am witnessing around the world. To make me feel. To make me acknowledge these realities which are being ignored by us. Today I saw some of the most horrid video footages I've seen to date of what is happening in Palestine. I made the decision to not run from the pain, so I've been bearing witness to so many atrocities. I desperately needed this healing which allowed me to cry out the pain that those images were generating in my space. I need to remember that I can carry out my part in the world. I can move on in my life despite wanting to disappear from this world at times when my attention is constantly moving towards all this darkness. Not only Palestine, but Congo, Tigray, Sudan, and so many other places in our world hold unimaginable realities begging to be acknowledged, to be witnessed by the gaze of our collective awareness. I can only keep going and doing what I can. I want to keep baring witness but I also want to contribute to change. Meanwhile, I want to keep living.
