What to do on a rainy day in Sweden or how to recover after a cold.

  • After having had a bad cold for a week with high fever I though I have to do something to cheer me up. I visited Bjärka-Säby castle, the Rök rune stone and Alvastra monestary ruins among other places around Linkoping. The weather was terrible with rain almost throughout the two whole days. But afterwards I felt much happier.

      Thank you for your comments Nataliya. This castle was sold some 30 years ago to a christian community for a symbolic 1 swedish crown. They had to promise to renovate the castle and keep it open for the general public. It's a very interresting place to visit. The garden is also very beautiful but due to the rain that will have to wait to another video.

      @@vendelflorin The country itself is beautiful, but there is very little such infrastructure and historical places. I also really like the Scandinavian mentality.
