I think brushing that fringe back or gelling your hair would be a good starting point or shaving it and keeping the beard. Also see if you can work on not saying err every sentence will make you project more confidence. I get the feeling that every interview you go to you are probably looking at the floor or not giving eye contact or saying err or mumbling that they can’t hear you and that’s not giving the best first impression.
