Bank as on today are taking nominee why?If you say claim is going to legal heirs/ benenfiaceries then please think why bank accepts nominee.They should refuse taking nominee. LET THE CASE DECIDE by COURT IN FAVOUR OF LEGAL heirs..As per your version nominee should not be taken.

Don't confuse the matter through wordings because to avoid the legal complications of beneficiaries, the bank disburse the amount to nominee. Matter of beneficiaries of that amount is decided by the legal authorities in the case of other legal heirs whosoever. Bank is not supposed to find all legal heirs.
