First the person who leaves the baby like this is cruelty act, next the person that film this is evils act.They are so many many people in the world desperately n spending alot of money trying hard to have a baby, here you see people's leaving baby abandoned them like this . Worst is if anything goes wrong or water flowing too fast this baby are helpless. Had this mother ever think when she was carrying the child for ten months in her belly the movement of the baby didn't trigger her heart n feeling? Country n living conditions may be hard n difficult but l am sure there are hospitals or authorities that can handle this baby. And camera crews while filming please don't make your money in this way spare the baby life don't let your doing n karma haunt you.
