The wind-up basically makes you a sitting duck to snipers and anyone with a CC ability, and the distance you travel (with no ability to stop yourself if there's no wall) makes it so easy to misjudge the range and just toss yourself off of cliffs in certain scenarios (one flats wisely avoided in this video, funnily enough)

Point in the direction of the enemy and fly in to deal massive damage, apply anti-heal, and heal a substantial amount with her passive. Also, the cast time is just a little longer than Earthshatter so it's not the easiest ultimate to cancel, especially if you wait until certain abilities are used (Nade, Suzu, Sleep, etc.). Also, if damage is a problem then you just Shout + ult.
cold asf take: if you truly deserve to be in the rank you are in, and are a good enough player to coordinate well with your teammates, you should be able to go against 5 stacks in your rank no problem. Blizzard, bring 5 stacks to high elo

Yes, bleeds from different sources stack (though melee and knife return are considered the same)
