I appreciate your feedback, and I'm glad you like this. :) The vibrations from the bowls can sound quite hypnotic, especially when listening to more than one bowl sound at a time. When a bowl vibrates and then gradually slows back down to a still state, this is similar to how your body vibrates from an awake state, down to a state of stillness for sleep. So it's a form of entrainment, where your brain and body start to synchronise with the vibrations, and start to naturally relax. Jason

Something about this is so calming and peaceful. I was very skeptical at first when i was told to try this before i sleep but gosh is it ever working. I would love to know more as to why this relaxes me so well :)

the little brass bowl sat alone as the other bowls did not know that the bowls sat alone. Then suddenly without warning the bowls started to sing.

@jasonlewis It is amazing the difference in materials and the sounds produced.Just before coming to yours I was listening to the glass,quartz and other material bowls and the ranges and depths and different sounds made are just amazing. What I truly love about this particular one is the sounds with the light rain storm. My birds and dogs are at complete ease and relaxed with this too. Perhaps you could make a tuning fork video too? Hi, when you say 'channel' do you mean all of the videos I have? I do have lots of relaxing videos on my channel that people may use to fall asleep to, but I also have videos to increase energy and make you more alert and awake. So not every video I have is suitable for sleep. This video would be a good one to relax you.

No one should be concerned about listening to the singing bowls. Unless you can't hear we all hear sounds every day. people yelling may cause stress. singing bowls simply promote a soothing vibration.
