Thank you for giving the tip of buying the Last Supper ticket months in advance. It is February now and me and my family are going to Milan on June 8, 2024 and viator, tour guide, trip advisor and get your guide is already sold out. I was able to get it from Tiqets. Very helpful video.
Another very helpful Italy video! It is so helpful to have the information on Italy from two people that actually call it home. We have basically planned our entire upcoming time in Venice and Rome from watching and re-watching your videos and taking tons of notes.
Love your videos! It’s perfect to help me for my 2 days in Milan. I’ll be in Milan on June 3 but the last supper tickets were already sold out when I book it begin of April.
I plan to follow your lead on a 2 day stop in Milan next week. Questions: Would someone afraid of heights be able to tolerate the lift to and the rooftop terrace of the Duomo? Or would you advise against it? How much time would you allow for the various sights like the Duomo, La Scala theater and Sforza castle? Can you recommend a restaurant in La Brera and the Navigli district?
Hello there thank you for your comment. Yea the Duomo is fine if you are afraid of hight. La scala it will take one hour, and the castle probably a couple.
Hi, great video...Will be there in a week, our first time in Milan! On the metro, we are in Zurich to Firenze via Milan going back 1 stop of 1.5 day, is there a METRO 2-day ticket? Or it's better to do it individually for M2 Yellow line from Train station to Duomo or Missori (our hotel across) ? thanks!
Hi just discovered you two! My sister and I love your videos! Can you explain how to order skip the line tickets for the Last Supper? I am seeing that tickets are only available quarterly?
Hi guys, love your videos they are very helpful. I have questions. 1) traveling from Florence to La Spezia with one stop in Pisa and 9 minutes to change trains, do you think that’s enough time to do it? 2) if I booked the trains online and I printed out the train “Tickets” that is enough to abord or before boarding the train I need to see first a sale agent to get the train boarding pass? Thank you
Hello there, thank you for your comment. 9 minutes to change train is a bit short especially if the train has a little delay you might risk to miss your connection. If you buy your ticket on line you don’t need to print it just show the digital pdf you receive in your email when you are on board.
Hello. Oh I see. I also was thinking that 9 minutes is not enough time to make a transfer but unfortunately that was the one I found. I will cross fingers so I can catch the other train on time. Thanks for the info
Dear Rick and Andrea, thank u very much for the helpful video, i have 3 days in Milan (what can i do on the 3rd day though....) thank u very much if u have any chance to reply this.
Hello there 😊 there are a lot of other things to do in Milan, you can also take day a tour to Lake Como from Milan. You can check it out here: readysetitaly.com/lake_como
We stayed at a B&B near the station. At the moment is not available but the same owner has another one in a very nice area airbnb.com/h/amaeustachi13milano
Hi love your video. I’m planning a trip to the Duomo di Milano, Im a model and I want to do a photoshoot. Do they have bathrooms where I can change clothes or should I come dress? Do they allow professional cameras in like DSL?
@@TravelAddictsLife oh okay thank you, so there is no where I could change clothes. Do they allow someone to go back to their car or once you’re in you have to stay in?
Pro gamer move - when you buy your ticket to go up to the roof of the Duomo, pay extra to go up by elevator. So worth it. So is the museum of Science and Technology. Nice set of steam locomotives. When I was in Milan in 2022 I saw a group of 70 or so Italian communists. All were at least 65. Nice bit of color.

You can actually tap your card/phone and it will automatically charge you for the day pass once you reach the day threshold
Love the videos! I'm heading to Italy in a month. Any recommendations for restaurants in Rome, cortona, Venice or Florence?
In Rome we love Zi Umberto in Trastevere. In Florence Auditore just behind Palazzo Vecchio
Hi just discovered you two! My sister and I love your videos! Can you explain how to order skip the line tickets for the Last Supper? I am seeing that tickets are only available quarterly?
Thank you so much for your feedback. You will need to take the guided tour tickets otherwise it is really difficult to get the regular tickets.

Is Milan a good place to buy jewelry? And do you have any suggestions on where to buy jewelry?
There are a lot jewelry store in Milan, but probably Florence is better
From train station is it walkable to the center and attractions or what train or bus do we take to get there ?
The train station is a bit far from most attractions. You can take the subway yellow line to duomo.
❤❤
🙏
Is the train station open during the night?
Yes it is
What Milan hotel was pictured in your video?
We stayed at a B&B near the station. At the moment is not available but the same owner has another one in a very nice area airbnb.com/h/amaeustachi13milano
Hi love your video. I’m planning a trip to the Duomo di Milano, Im a model and I want to do a photoshoot. Do they have bathrooms where I can change clothes or should I come dress? Do they allow professional cameras in like DSL?
Inside the Duomo we didn’t see bathrooms. We saw people with DSLR cameras inside
@@TravelAddictsLife oh okay thank you, so there is no where I could change clothes. Do they allow someone to go back to their car or once you’re in you have to stay in?
@Detaronproductions once you are in you have to stay. Maybe you can contact the Duomo itself and ask if they can provide you a space to change.
@@TravelAddictsLife awesome thank you.
