How To Make A Mermaid Tail Fondant Topper - WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE A MOLD!

It depends on a few things such as humidity, if you add a hardener like tylose powder into it and how much. I would usually make this at least two days prior but you could make it a week or so in advance as long as it was stored in a cool dry place.
