Trek to Lepchakha Village I Buxa Fort I Offbeat North Bengal I Full Details III

Nestled at the hill side of Buxa Tiger Reserve at an altitude of 3500ft is a quaint Drukpa village called Lepchakha Village. Buxa Tiger Reserve is a tiger reserve within the Buxa National Park in the Buxa hill of the southern hilly area of Bhutan. Sited close to Indo-Bhutan border Lepchakha Village is a less trodden destination of Dooars region which has recently gained its prominence in the tourism sector. The proximity of Lepchakha Village with Bhutan border makes the a real distance between Lepchakha and Bhutan's hill not more than 2 to 3 km. Tourists are attracted towards Lepchakha village for its surreal beauty making it a favored offbeat destination of Dooars.
