I had my first lesson at Archery Ascension today! Everyone there was so friendly, extremely welcoming and happy to help. Will definitely be going back!
I love your reflection about yourself and then your humility. May allah allow us all to reflect upon ourselves so that we may humble ourselves like this.
I was hating my turkish bow at first. I was confused how do i point this thing, arrows going right, then i saw this video grabbed me arrows went out and BOOM PERFECT arrow flight down the center. I'm done with my longbow, I've converted lol. Its as if they shoot like a compound bows drop away rest, perfectly straight, its such a satisfying feeling to see that perfect flight.
I am impressed that you are pushing yourself to learn new things Nu. That punch to the target (Kahtra?) changes archery for me in a profound way. When I do it right, I know the destiny of that arrow as soon as it leaves the bow - The arrow will go exactly where I pointed it. No gap aiming, no string walking, it is just an 11. It is almost a premonition. Then I go back to my regular non-superhero mode of sixes and sevens - LOL
That 3m drill is awesome , mind you I watched a Yumi archer shooting at 8ft , , perhaps this was same reason , truth perhaps is just that , the truth , while our bows and our styles vary , the arrow needs to fly straight and hit where we aim , What an awesome video , your maydaan instructor was a great teacher , think it was his passion, Thank you for all your videos , my archery gets better for it , You and Malta archery , archery 101 , Gary chynne , are my go to , and not just when my arrows seem to not be hitting were I think they should, even though they hit exactly where i sent them
I love that kind of video. Hope to see more of this technice. I find it hard to beleve that they will have horses to shoot from them. My wife has a horse and the time it takes to practise archery is not even close to what it takes to train a rider and a horse.
Real good video man. Tho have you seen the black widow teaser? Taskmaster has a sick looking bow and I gotta know; does it exist irl? W Would the u shaped arrowrest affect the arrows’ clearance? Could an explosive arrow fly properly depending on the arrow tips weight?
Hey, I love your Warthunder videos and continue to watch them pretty consistently!! I love that you play Arcade because you are like the only Warthunder RUclipsr that plays AB so if you could pls upload some Warthunder videos again?. They added a bunch of new vehicles that I am waiting for a review lol. Love the Archery tho. Pls consider Warthunder videos again. Thx✌️
@@ghnna longbow/flatbow or modern styles. That's it. There's a few horse archery places dotted around but land is at a premium in the UK. I want to live in Korea. Some of their ranges are gorgeous.
You could shoot these Turkish bows with a Mediterranean draw just as easily, couldn't you? And by the same token shoot a traditional longbow/flatbow with the Turkish draw since they're both shot off the hand, correct?
You can, but Turkish bows are often much shorter than most bows, this means when you draw to 31 inches or more, the string angle is pretty extreme, can lead to finger pinch, pinching the arrow or numb fingers. For me at least thumb draw on short bows is much more comfortable, not to say I don’t shoot horse bows with fingers.

"Talent pulls the bow, destiny releases the arrow" - gold.
Ahmed seems to be an exceptional teacher!
Really, really enjoyed these videos on this trip you made. Looks like you got a lot out of it too. Thanks David.
You obviously had a great day.
Cool guys and very good teachers.
I’ve watched this exchanged several times and learned even more each time. Thank you for sharing.🙏🏽

Awesome. I wish I had something like this closer to where I live.
Pretty cool teaching

I just found your channel yesterday. After watching a couple I subscribed. I have really liked the content thus far.

This was great. I learned so much from this video.
Please go back there and make some more videos! I want to hear more of what these guys have to say.

Looks fun!
This is what I wanted to do here in the County Durham in the UK.
fr theres so little availability in terms of traditional archery styles here in UK

@@Dream_Weapon they are all also pretty expensive and unaccessible for most people which is quite a shame
Oh my god, I didn't think the technique would be so polar to what you are supposed to do in Olympic lol
God please someone make a video on how to grip the bow shown in this video i couldn't see half the instructions :,(
I really wanna travel here and learn, I been trying to shoot this style for a short while and very tricky for me, can't seem to figure out the timing
Hi nusensei I am still not able to buy a finger tab. İs there a temporary way to remove pain until I buy a tab ? Like wrapping bandages ?
How to measure bow length according to your body ?
NUSensei, get on a horse and be a True Archer.

Yes. I made a video about it: ruclips.net/video/5-OvqP0-N-o/видео.html
Check out also Armin Hirmer's channel, you'll probably find it interesting: ruclips.net/channel/UCdnnPT5tB2Wx-LeOe4mu8Dw

What on Earth is there to downthumb about this video?
Australia is burning....
Save a few koala’s.....?
Stop shooting, start acting....
No time to waste.
