- For much of the past ten years, Chinese technology in Africa focused largely on devices and infrastructure. But today, the conversations also include issues related to governance, online services, and the emergence of artificial intelligence.
Benjamin Dada, founder of the popular African tech news site benjamindada.com joins Eric to discuss the latest Chinese tech trends on the continent and why Chinese firms are still outpacing their competitors.

If and when TikTok is banned and becomes illegal to use in the USA, I would imagine that TikTok is still existing in the servers outside of the USA and it is still accessible from within the USA. Then the question is: would the US government build a great firewall to fence out TikTok so that TikTok can’t be accessed from within the US, or it would arrest people who have accessed TikTok by spying their IP addresses ……?
They will sue the VPN operator.

RUclips is founded by Asian. But he sold it. So is Meta....the founder spoke Chinese and married to one as well lol. Nvidia founder is also Asian.
Chinese Tech has secured a market projected to be over 900m by 2040.
This is in addition to a Country (China) which has a viable and virbrant Tech market in excess of 800m.
And is likely to secure another 100m-200m Chinese Tech consumers/users in South America.
Along with a growing trust in China Tech in Asia.

@@angusyoung1448 i did not invented it. It was the term used by Mao to describe the revisionist USSR as "Socialism in words, Imperialism in deeds" which is exactly what China is today.
