    quick point: most prostate cancers are in the peripheral zone, not the transitional zone (this is more characteristic of BPH). Says the opposite for the anatomy slide.

    Thank you so much for this info. I have to write a case report for my master’s degree application and this video really showed me how I can write it in a simplified manner. Don’t worry if it gets published some day I’ll give you credit as my Co-Author😄😄

    One clarification. In early stage cancer the tumor is usually not palbable. If the tumor is, then it is at a more advanced cancer stage.

    C'est quoi les avantages du dépistage ?
    Et si il y a PSA suspect on fait en 1er intention le IRM ? Ou d'autres examens ?

    • @MedFlixAndChill
      @MedFlixAndChill  Год назад

      Le dépistage permettra beaucoup de patients à accéder aux traitements plus tôt, moins de mortalité et morbidité…
      2ème question, après un PSA suspect sans raison convaincante, normalement soit l’IRM soit des biopsies.
