I had such a random major hair fall episode that I felt I’ll go bald in months! The doc ordered a couple of blood work and it came down that I had a slight underactive thyorid. So no matter what I tried an followed whatever routine, the hair fall was consistent. I started taking the meds and things are better now! Hopefully they’d reduce more. Morale of the story: you never know what going on inside your body, go visit a good dermatologist or have regular check up with your family doc and monitor your self ! Cheers.

Shampooing daily with mild shampoos like the body shop banana and all or Johnson baby shampoo will cost nothing I do workout everyday I rinse hair with just water everyday due to sweat after workout and all I oil and shampoo alternately. Using serum daily And sleeping without removing it may damage hair strength because oil absorbs dust and pollution so avoid it .
