Good video really but the fact that nobody's talking about the book whispers of manifestation speaks volumes about how people are stuck in a trance, find the book and read it and only then you will realize what they are hidding from us..

I kid you not. Just recently. I laid in bed after a long day. I practice controlled breathing. To a point that my heart rate slows down to something close to non existent. My body became like a shell. I then could feel/sense/know of another presence. I was not alone. I sensed an energy moving freely amongst me. I attempted to catch it and control it, but it eluded me everytime. It proved to be impossible to catch. Once I accepted I wouldn’t be able to catch it, It then seemed to approve of my humble submission and rested at my core. Instantly just me knowing where it was I swear to you I became totally immersed in this energy. I was beyond bliss or misery. I was beyond all things I was pure and absolute. The feeling of my entire being was power radiating/pulsating. I was completely humble. It felt as if I was an eye 👁️ that could see with complete understanding. Words meant nothing everything was comprehensible with just being in the presence of it and I was in the presence of All. I was presented with a number 333. When I woke I felt better than I ever have. Been paying attention to numbers way more and now I’ve been seeing 333 and 555 a lot. Good things are coming.
Same experience and I couldn’t put words or communicate to myself into understanding what was going on in that moment, it just all made sense and was truth presented to me all in that moment and the communication in that moment was beyond my known senses, everything I thought I knew was thrown out and I had no way to even question what was going on in the moment it felt as if someone was there humbling me with all truth and was communicating with me in a new way beyond my known senses. The crazy part of all of it is, that moment felt familiar like it was home, I didn’t feel like wow I have to tell someone, it was as if it was what reality really is.

@@ryusunjaeandimsolaremyparentsI don’t believe I can teach enlightenment. I can lead you to water, but the journey is all your own. Humble your mind, lead with good intentions, let your ego die, and out of the ashes of it you will find that you still exist. And that you are not alone never have been. All that power and understanding within you. You don’t have to search any farther than yourself. Start with breathing and positive affirmations. After while you’ll be able to do this all the time no matter the environment. When it is time enlightenment happens naturally. Think of a good moment or time in your life. Now grab that feeling with focus and live in it with your entire being. You can live in complete bliss or misery all by your own choosing. It’s a lot that can be said, but the words fall flat on anyone who hasn’t walked through the process. When it happens you will be like I understand now 🤯👁️. It all will make sense to you and life will really unfold.

Joe has many books and RUclipss. The First book I read, was breaking the habit of being yourself. I started doing his meditations and found him to be profoundly effective. He also has retreats that are intensive.
At 58.. I have recently fully aligned with this realisation. I have no words to describe the bliss I feel daily. At last science has caught up with woo woo.
What helped you to realize it?
@@yasasdeegala2481 I quit smoking weed...I'd covered my pain with weed for at least 10 years. As it turns out I'm very good at giving addiction up..once I have decided..its done. So I then returned to fitness.. running etc.. then I stumbled upon joe dispenza and my life turned into what it is now hahaha... life is so funny.. wow

Interesting to hear your stories. I’ll share mine if that’s ok. I smoked cigarettes for 30 years. Every day. For me it was Michael Singer who helped me realise that you’re just the experiencer of your thoughts. Once you grasp that you can step to one side and say, hang on, what is this addiction thing, what are these fags (Uk slang for cigs, I’m from the Uk :) ). I asked myself who is in control here and the answer was ME. Once I realised that I just stopped and never had one since.
Amazing how all of a sudden, with a little help from someone who understands these things, what you can achieve.
Highly recommend his book, the untethered soul, also catch him on RUclips, he speaks brilliantly about these things, just like Joe here.

@@genericuser2339 I hear wat your saying if im honest its been really hard for me but until i changed my thinking and mindset it wasn’t possible to achieve . another thing that helped me was saying in my head over and over that smoking for me was worse than heroin and i think that helped over time lol I know sounds silly but if you say and think it enough it starts to become the truth in a way 🤷♂️

I had heard of him but his "walking meditation" really inspired me and made me believe in the infinity of life once again. I feel he explains spirituality in scientific terms so even sceptics and non believets sit up and pay attention. Have been doing a lot of work on myself in this area and his videos just motivate and re affirm that am on the right path and help me get thru some tough stuff. Am so grateful for his knowledge that he shares with us and i can see myself and my life changing in little small ways. And he inspires me in my journey to heal myself and hopefully others eventually ❤❤

This makes sense sooo much
As I recall from my very early life as a young child, I can still remember automatically connecting with the very basics of this existence within my mind. I was able to sense and feel everything, and would take in an incredible amount of sensory information, smells, colours, touch etc as my young mind connected with the so called real world. It was just like meditating in fact, although looking back now, to me it was just how I viewed the world around me. My imagination worked along with all of this, although some of it I would see was fairly scary and some of it was quite beautiful in itself. Forward to later in life, at mid age around 40, I learned to meditate as a way of stress relief from work. From then on I discovered quite by accident after some years of experience at meditation, I was able see into the future on two occasions, by a couple of days at least for a very brief moment. This was proved by being there at the relevant time a little later. Going on from this, I discovered during meditation, I was able to see things in my mind, all kinds of visions in fact, such as still pictures of abstract objects, some in colour and others in black and white, also faces of which some looked of alien origin, complete stillness in darkness while others were like very short video clips. On a few occasions, my body would feel, as if it was floating and I would hear a loud buzzing in my head. I then discovered, this always happened at the start of when my consciousness seemed to leave my physical body. I'm still in there with my meditation at times, I sometimes see a single dark eye staring at me in the darkness behind my eyelids. I don't know what or who this is, but it is very noticeable for the short period of time it is in view as my mind latches onto it. Some things you see in meditation as I have discovered, you may not be aware that they are actually there. Then just before they go away from view, you suddenly realise what you are seeing. So yes as this video certainly shows, most of us are completely unaware of what is around us in this energy information world.
That single eye is your third eye, it also has a magnetic pull, your eye will get stuck to this third eye. In our Hinduism, we depict our god's with third eye just between the eye brows, on the forehead. The Tibetan would do a short cut, they just operate the forehead by putting a long sterilised nail to reach the third eye. Read Lobsang Rampa third eye. This eye sees the non physical dimension. Also see diagram of eye of Horus and how it juxtapose to our brain third eye.

Its so excited to see this video bcoz all the thing he explained is nothing the but the shaiva philosophy as a crash course in 6 min video. Their are more material evidence and practise available in our Tamil language which are writtern by those who attained the highest levels of conciousness. our great saintt valallar build a building called sanmarga sangam which itself explain this in physical form.

I find myself nodding along to aspects of his explanation, and then all of a sudden he will throw out something that actually does not make sense. Namely, the assertion that dualistic consciousness exists within non-dual consciousness. Or that the physical heart and it’s magnetic field is the same as the metaphysical or metaphorical heart. I take it all as poetic and lovely, but also see how it can turn into magical thinking and blind those that are not able to understand the actual functioning of material realms and our place within it. He is so close, but put this next to a Zen teacher or a spiritual scientist, and his words turn into woo. That all being said, I am grateful that he is making an attempt to unify material existence with quantum existence, even though the operability of that connection is symbolic and not actual. It would be hurtful to many for him to acknowledge this, as I know how fervent and devoted many are to his ideas. Even so, I appreciate honesty and humility in spiritual and scientific teachings and alas, this does not capture those things fully.
