i wonder is it possible to kill of Helena? i mean i am sure MOST of her childer will be after my blood for saving them from such a terrible monster who WILL EAT THEM
In a mechanical sense, sure - she’s got a stat block, after all, and in V5 elders don’t get things like 8-dot Discipline powers. Narratively I don’t think she should be killable by player characters, but then I know there are other Storytellers who go for things I consider ‘over the top.’ I imagine Helena’s childer would be more of a threat before she was dead, because if you somehow manage to kill her all of the blood bonds will snap.

In terms of what she could do, maybe if she learns that Lodin is alive she can nurse him back to sanity and help him regain the throne
