I know sometimes with doller bill excepters sometimes doller bills and stuff can get stuck in it. It has happened to me before. It makes a noise as well. It try’s to come out but most of the time it doesn’t. If your lucky enough and the vendor is there he or she would be able to help you and fix it. Sometimes they will give you a refund if the vender is right there. I know sometimes the coin mechanisms will go back after so long as well to where it keeps spitting it back out. Sometimes venders will also let you trade something like say you won something out of the machine you won what you got out of that machine. All you got to do is ask if you can trade and they will say yes and they will open the machine right up and you can show them what you want to trade for.
