I’m having fun with it. I quit cod and this has definitely scratched my multiplayer itch. It does lack content but it’s not a horrible game in its current state
Yeah same thing happened with The Finals! I still play it but it became slower to find a match because less people are playing it. I hope XDefiant doesn't die though because it's the most fun I had in an fps game in years!
i dont know maybe in your region, here in asia it takes me 30 seconds to find match in randoms and a little over a minute in team deathmatch which is my favorite mode. we dont usually have many cry babies here complaining about the mechanic or how pay to win it is we just play around it, we do that in almost all games. Take for example: there was this game called "Gunz the duel" it's really a shitty game, but it became a golden game because the players found a way to work around it.

I lost interest for the game in the beta when it was very laggy. Also I think what went wrong with this game is that its too much of a hero shooter and these days people want anything but a hero shooter.

The characters in the game navigate the map as if physics and gravity were not a thing... Let alone, the time to get a kill. Way too fast paced for me..
IMO it’s 100% more fun than COD atm, easy to play, simple UI, arcadey, it’s fun there’s no doubt, of course there is some bugs etc but honestly I don’t mind too much, cause I enjoy just playing it, it could do with more content for sure but overall to me, it’s no dying cause I’m still enjoying it, also takes less than 10 seconds for a pubs match, ranked can sometimes take like 30 odd ( gold 6 )

Lack of playlist. The maps are boring and too wide open. The maps have too much flanking in the middle. Lack of content in battle pass. Attachment in this game are trash. Guns play the same with Attachments. Maps like I said is plain. They need a playlist without abilities. Smaller maps would be good. Net code of course is still trash. The grind is too long. Game is just trash. But it can improve. They are running out time tho!
@drewski_v not referring to you specifically bro just the way the gaming world is in general. The recent event in exdefiant needed 5 million kills with class abilities. A dead game would not achieve that
Xdefiant launched broken in literally every aspect, it's just a bad game overall. Graphics, audio, mechanics, annoying exploits, no content, different character that you work hard to unlock but they all have the same abilities...etc. And then the game is surrounded by a bunch of fanatics who thinks that Ubisoft is the Prophet to save them, and they've been swarming reddit and twitter with toxic positivity and will insult you if you post about any feedback or any complait. Ubisoft is not different than any other corporation, they just wanted to appeal to a different audience with a different work model. The game is dying and it deserves to die, and black ops 6 is going to be the nail on the coffin for Xdefiant, because most people who are playing it, are doing so out of hate of MW3 not out of their love and enjoyment of the game.
played for a couple weeks from launch, this game is trash in every way. they managed to make a shooter boring and more broken than all the relevant ones that came before which would actually be incredibly hard to do if they were trying to do it!
Played it for three days first two were great 3rd day smashed a controller, just another shit game that makes it own mind up how it wants the individual’s experience to be, they probs got mad I didn’t by the battle pass on day three I’m done with all fps multiplayer, complete brainwashing garbage with the most childish maps possible 👎👎

The only problem I have with it is that the hitmarker sounds and the kill sound isn’t sastifaing and the hit reginitons is a little off but it awsome

Too grindy, took a day to level up once or twice for the battle pass.
