You've got the Nuggets and Warriors as tier one teams in the west. Then there are the Blazers, Rockets, Spurs, Jazz, Clips and Lakers for tier 2. Tier 4 is the Suns. I would lump the Thunder with the Suns, but I don't want to overshoot, so the Thunder are tier 5 level.
