Do you think if you put Trevor in with what the Phins currently have that he wouldnt be putting up the same if not better numbers than what Tua did? Nevermind Tua's inability to play in cold weather - he is ideal to be an NFC QB where the chances of having to play in cold weather are a lot slimmer than they are in the AFC. This doesnt even factor in his health history, lack of leadership and other faults that he has as a QB. Im in the belief that u need to keep your QB on a rookie contract or get a "hometown discount" on a franchise QB in order to keep talent around them. Doing what the Giants did with Jones and what Dallas did with Dak previously just waste time and delay the inevitable.

He was the top prospect in both High School and University before being drafted by the Jags He's entering year 4 - Tua on the other hand is entering Year 5. Tua has had 1 good "statisical year" but was unable to beat any good team or good defense, shown a history of injuries and unable to win in cold weather.. With Trevor, not only do you expect him to revert back to his 2nd year but exceed it. As for Mahomes vs Tua with Hill - you do realize that the Dolphins were able to pair him up with another speedster in Waddle, so basically two number 1 receivers.
