I have trouble calculating how much and what to buy. At the end I'm left with a lot of merchandise on the inventory that did not get soled. And I'm often dubious on how much of the profit I must use to buy new merch without actually loosing money in the end, rather than earning. Is there something you can advise me?

This can be done using style, size, average value& buying group comparisons with
previous season& year sales. First of all you need systematic tracking of sales, if so,, it's manageable.
