#1 is for me, the greatest move in the history of the game. Its matrix type shit. Everytime I see it I still can't believe it.I miss MJ. The excitement of knowing that everytime he had the ball you might see something you'll never see again is gone now and the with all the rule changes I just don't enjoy watching the NBA anymore. That's MJs fault,he ruined the game for me!! Now it's just like YAWWWWN.How blessed are those of us who were lucky enough to watch Rembrandt paint his masterpieces every night on the court??!! THANKS MJ,YOUR THE REASON I LOVE THE GAME AND WHY I STARTED PLAYING AS A KID! FOREVER THE GOAT.

      - Jordan moving the ball toward the hoop

      - Jordan moves the ball away
      - Jordan circles the ball back around toward the hoop

I've watched 100s of Jordan vids. This is the best! This truly displays the separation between MJ and "all" others.... everyone else is a "distant" 2nd. A true virtuoso (the bball was his instrument), artist, acrobat, magician.....! You are right though, there are so many others of MJ you missed. Most NBA players have 5 memorable plays/moves a year, Jordan had at "least" 2 every game! Glad I lived during the MJ era...I can rest in peace!

Couldn't agree more! Bc MJ was a virtuoso and renaissance man, the Bach of sports, the Da Vinci of basketball - this video combines the right clips, edited in the proper order with the right music to seamlessly show the GOAT in all his glory. His grace in mid-air was like a figure skater or ballerina. The difference is that those routines are choreographed. His mid-air artistry in games were his reaction to the defense. Even his dunk contest dunks weren't rehearsed. He was more concerned with working on his overall game, so when the dunk contest came around, he is quoted saying "I just decide what to do once I'm in the air." There will be a massive gap between #1 all-time and #2 all-time perhaps forever.

@Diane KAKE Sorry Diane. I have to be rude and say fuck that. What he wants, what alot of people want, is to really travel back in time and live it/ feel it all over again. Never again has been another player that could do what Jordan did.
Take the Shrug Game, for example. It was absolutly crazy. You can hear it in the commentator, you can watch it on RUclips, but you can never erase it from your mind, completly not expect it to happen or even be possible, absolutly out of consideration and then first game comes and he completly shoots out the roof of any of your expectations, knocking down records in the triple point line, exactly where everybody was saying that he was weak, and absoluty destroys the Blazers, who never really recovered from such a feat.
It's like you expect Trump to start the third world war and all the sudden he fucking blows up the entire Universe.
Better yet, it's kind like you expect Lebron to win 5... 6... 7... championships and he ends up with 15. Sadly, that didn't go all so well, did it?! ;)

Them backward layups were incredible, and he did them on a regular without hardly missing. Hell of a hang time. He waited till defense came back down before he would let go of the ball. Freakin Amazing. If this doesnt show how great MJ was, i dont know what will . He really is the GOAT.

Yeah, 80s MJ, the most ridiculous athlete I have been honored to have seen, basically did 1-2 hangtime reverses every game and it was shocking to me if he missed, the darn thing always hit it seemed but that's because it's just a normal shot for him. There is a 13 minute video of just reverses called total reverse and he does every variation you can think of wired, but these aren't practiced, they are improvised on the fly so each variation is unique and so it's my favorite shot in his arsenal. The reverse is actually his first signature move, or as Marv Albert called it, "MJ's patented reverse."

i watched him every game i could from north carolina tar heels to the bulls. Ive been watching bball for over 50 yrs. and have seen some great ballplayers. I was a dr. j fan for many yrs. and he was a leaper . I think larry bird was one the smartest ballplayers, fantastic shooter ..A team player, bird could have scored alot more points, he wanted wins and sacrificed that part of the game to get his team involved.Bill Russell and bird alot alike as far as attitude and never give up.Russell ran the floor like no other center, last one i saw that came close was karl malone. Russells defense around the rim was fantastic alot like hakeem olijawon. MJ was i believe the best pound for pound. Great leaper, acrobatic in the air like know one else!!!,great defensive player, a man possessed with gifts from the gods. He was the chief on the floor and he trashed talked but could he back it up! I miss mj alot and i dont think anyones really taken his place, kobe, lebron great ballplayers . There was a magic about mj,never knew from night to night what move he would pull out of the hat..and man do i miss that excitement. I personally think the greatest gifted center of alltime was wilt chamerlain. ,this man at 7foot 2 could leap over 3 feet off the floor, and i mean unstoppable in the paint..They changed the game because of this man..he dunked from free throw line long ago, they made the lane wider to get him away from basket, used to be able to touch the ball in the cylinder above the rim ,of course today cant touch it or its goal tending, the inbounds pass over the backboard made illegal ,because on out of bounds play would have wilt waiting and nobody could stop him from scoring..His rebounding next to none, scored a 100 points and i think if he were playing today could have scored more than a hundred because they didnt have the shot clock back then. He was a mountain of a man,i saw the best men in nba try to guard him ,holding him and he would take then for a ride and dunk it with them hanging on..I watched wilt every chance i got growing up ,i was in awe of this mans strength and jumping ability. Watching him over the yrs., I think wilt actually felt sorry for guys he played against, for him it was easy, and there were times guys would try to block chamberlain dunk and chamberlain could have broke there arms on the rim and he would gently lay it in. This man had the hardest dunks ive ever seen, a bullet to the floor.,watch this guys highlights. This may have been a weakness, if you want to call it that, in chamberlains game..Michael on the other hand was hardcore winner and taunt you when he did it and there lies the difference in number of championships brought home.

How can you serious called him "fucking crazy" when you probably only watched 00's/2010's basketball. You just literally disrespect the man of what he's witnessed.

Jordan had been retired for almost 5 NBA seasons in total during his playing period - 1993/1994 season and almost complete 1994/1995 season (played only 17 games) during his first retirement; and the 1998/1999, 1999/2000 and 2000/2001 season. Now, that's at the top 82x4 and plus 65 games from the 94/95 season. That's a total of 393 games that MJ had a possibility playing in. Let's say he didn't play all those games because of his age during the late seasons, but MJ would sure be playing in all the games of 93/94 and 94/95 season. (assuming he didn't have any injuries). That's 147 games insured. Now, in the span from 95 to 98 season, MJ played all 82 games. Let's assume he would've played in all the games of 98/99 season too. That's now 229 insured games. During the late seasons with the Wizards, MJ averaged with 71 games played per season. Let's say MJ would've played in 71 games during the 99/00 and 00/01 seasons. That's 142 there plus the previous 229 insured - brings a total of optimal 371 games insured (assuming MJ would've had any injuries during the seasons) that MJ would've played in if he didn't retire twice in between. Now, let's convert that into added points. With the 2 retirements and missing almost 5 regular seasons, MJ ended up with 32 292 points in total. Let's take the 90-93 NBA seasons (the last 3 seasons MJ played in before his first retirement). He averaged 31.4 points per game during that period. Let's say he'd average 30 per game in the 93/94 season and another 30 in the 94/95 season as an optimal number. That's 82x30 and 82x30 = 4920 additional points. That would cover his first retirement absence and making it a total of 37 212 points MINIMUM at that time. 3 full regular seasons left. MJ, as I stated, didn't play during the period from 98/99 season to 00/01 season. Again, let's take the last 3 seasons he played before he retired that second time. That's the period from 95' to 98'. In those 3 season, MJ averaged 29.6 points per game. Let's say that in the 98/99 season he'd average 25 ppg and 25 ppg in the 99/00 season. That's 2050 additional points in each of those 2 seasons = 4100. Now, during the last 2 seasons with the Washington Wizards, MJ averaged 21.5 ppg. Let's say that the final absent season we haven't yet included (during which he was retired of course), being the 00/01 season, MJ would've averaged 21 point per game. That's 21x82 being 1722 additional points. When we sum that 1722 with 4100 from the previous 2 seasons he was absent and all that to the previous total of 37 212 points he had without these 3 seasons, we get to a total number of 43 034 POINTS MINIMUM. Now when I wrote all these statistics in depth, how the fuck can someone even put any other basketball player in the same sentence as MJ? That's the most disrespecting thing you can make. 43 034 points, remember that I didn't even mention the 65 game absence during the 94/95 season, if you add around 30 points per game during those 65 games, you get an even bigger number at the end.

    MJ vs LeBron
This is a silly debate. Clearly Michael is better. It's not even a close one. But let's go to the facts. Updated after Lebrons 14th season. Michael Jordan has
    •3 more rings
    •3 more final mvps
    •1 more DPOY
    •1 more season MVP
    •9 more scoring titles
    •3 more steals leader
•3 more all defensive team selections
•4000 more points / bron moved past him in playoff points, but it took him longer lol.
    •800 more steals
•Beat 20 50+ win teams in the playoffs (Lebron only defeated 10)
•Jordan never averaged less than 40% Field Goal in the finals
    Lebron did it twice
    •6/6 (never allowed a game 7)
    •Lebron had much more help
•Jordan never had a teammate averaged more than 22 points in the finals..
Kyrie averaged over 28 and DWade averaged more than 26
•MJ never ever had a finals meltdown like Lebron in 2011 against the Mavs
•MJ had more points in the playoffs in less games..
All of this accomplished in 13 seasons
Lebron is in his 14th season still chasing the "ghost that played in Chicago"
•Michael Jordan in the playoffs has put up atleast 40ppg, 5rpg, 5apg in 6 different playoff series. Along with an average of about 55% shooting, 3spg and 2bpg.
(86 vs bos, 89 vs cavs, 90 vs philly, 92 vs Miami, 93 vs Phoenix, 88 vs cavs) Jordan won every one of those matchups except for the 1986 matchup vs the celtics.
•Jordan in 88-89 averaged 32ppg, 8apg, 8rpg, 3spg off 54% shooting. LeBron has never even came close to this stat line.
•in 87 thru 92, MJ averaged 5 straight seasons of atleast 51% FG shooting. LeBron has never done this.
•the lowest FT% MJ ever shot in a season was 78%. Lebrons highest in a season ever is 78%.
    •MJ has a higher playoff FG% of 48.7% to Lebrons 48.3%
•MJ has a higher playoff player efficiency rating of 28.6 to Lebrons 27.3.
•MJ shoots a higher playoff 3 point percentage of 33.2% to Lebrons 32.9%
•MJ also shocked the league by being the first (and only) player to have 100 blocks and 200 steals in the same season, then turned around and did it again the next year..
Seriously this list can keep going. This isn't even a debate. Mj is the GOAT.
Michael in only ELEVEN complete seasons with the Bulls:
    -10 STRAIGHT scoring titles,
-Won Defensive Player of the Year,
    -9 times all defensive team,
    -9time All NBA,
    -5 league MVPs
    -6 finals MVPs
LBJ missed the playoffs completely in his first 2 years. Jordan didnt with scrubs on his squad. Jordan played 82 games 9 times in his career once at 40. LBJ only played 82 games once. In 89 Jordan won the scoring title all star MVP slam dunk title regular season MVP and Defensive Player of The year something LBJ has never done. Jordan also averaged 41 pts a game for an entire Finals shootimg 50% and won. Something else LBJ never did.
All 11 seasons. Mj has done in 11 seasons things Lebron hasn’t done and won’t do in his whole career...
And before you criticize me for copy and pasting just know that it doesn’t matter if it’s copied or not, truth is truth.
    Check Mate.
