- [Intermediate] Fold a 3-D origami Pokeball from Pokemon Go! Complete with hinge and latch so it opens and closes. This model also works well as a spherical container or as 3-D Pacman. This was cool. I think I need crisper paper to get the two halves to hinge properly, but I don't mind using glue for stuff like that tbh. making the hemispheres alone was fun.
omg u r fantastic at instructing way better than a book. I have been folding scence I could walk it's been years though. but I'm gunna have to start again. this is so simple I'm gunna get lots of papper and make tones and leave them all around town at pokestops....omg

I'm not sure if you would be willing, but it would be cool if you could other types of pokeballs too. I really love the master ball but that might be a little too complicated.

Can this be done with papers that has same color back-to-back, I mean it's just all orange? One paper is orange one is white? Is that possible?
Yes, but when open, the dot on the lid will be the same color as the lid.

To make it stronger I use around 6 papers to make it kinda thicc and strong to keep my pokemon cards inside it

I recommend using a slightly thicker paper such as a4. Not construction paper, but a paper that easy to fold and will still emulate the full experience of this origami pokeball. I feel that the first time I used actual origami paper, the pokeball seemed to be kind of flimsy, so I used a square a4 and it worked just fine. Jeremy pls pin this for others to see!
